This invention was made with government support under 1263196 awarded by the National Science Foundation. The government has certain rights in the invention.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a rotor for a wave energy converter, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a back elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a rotor for a wave energy converter, as shown and described.
