Description

The present design patent application is related to commonly assigned U.S. patent application Ser. No. 15/266,904, filed Sep. 15, 2016, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a medical device folder including a top panel and a bottom panel, showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the medical device folder of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the medical device folder of FIG. 1 with the top panel folded over the bottom panel.

The broken lines in the drawings depict fold lines and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a medical device folder, as shown and described.
