FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a dynamic graphical user interface showing a first image of my new design.

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof.

In accordance with the present disclosure, the appearance of the dynamic graphical user interface transitions from the image shown in FIG. 1 to the image shown in FIG. 2. The appearance of the dynamic graphical user interface transitions from the image shown in FIG. 2 to the image shown in FIG. 3. The appearance of the dynamic graphical user interface transitions from the image shown in FIG. 3 to the image shown in FIG. 2. The process or period, in which one image transitions to another image, forms no part of the claimed design.
