FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface for detonation of fireworks showing a second image.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface for detonation of fireworks showing a third image.

FIG. 4 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface for detonation of fireworks showing a fourth image.

FIG. 5 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface for detonation of fireworks showing a fifth image; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface for detonation of fireworks showing a sixth image.

The broken lines showing the display screen or portion thereof and elements of the graphical user interface form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing data in FIG. 6 are excluded from the claim.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface for detonation of fireworks, as shown and described.
