FIGS. 1-11 depict a sequence of images for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical interface showing our new design. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images of the sequences shown in FIGS. 1-11. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in the Figures show remainders of the graphical user interface and the display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design.
