Description

The FIGURE is a front elevation view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing our new design in an exemplary embodiment.

The broken or dashed lines showing the display screen are for environmental purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. It should be appreciated that at least a portion of the display screen is shown inside the broken or dashed lines. In addition, any other broken or dashed lines such as but not limited to those showing the alphanumeric characters and symbols are for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim, the ornamental design for a graphic user interface for a display screen or a portion thereof, as shown and described.
