FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of an absorbent article substrate with a pattern;

FIG. 9 is a front view, thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a left side view thereof

FIG. 12 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom view thereof.

The dashed broken lines illustrating the sides and rear and the areas surrounding the central shape formed by ovular elements visible in FIGS. 1, 2, 8 and 9 depict environmental subject matter that forms no part of the claimed design. In FIGS. 8 and 9 of embodiment 2, the broken lines in the corners of the central shape depict portions of the absorbent article substrate with a pattern that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an absorbent article substrate with a pattern, as shown and described.
