FIG. 7 is a front view of a display screen having a transitional graphical user interface in a seventh state.

The broken lines representing features of the display screen having a graphical user interface or portion thereof and the dot-dashed lines showing portions of the display screen form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1-7. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen having a transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
