FIG. 7 is a top right perspective view thereof; and,

The diagonal shade lines shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 7-8 are intended to show a translucent surface. In the drawings, broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the point-of-care diagnostic device that forms no part of the claimed design.
