FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 a cross-section view taken along the line 8-8 in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 9 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 8.

The broken line showing of a pumping device is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article and forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a pumping device, as shown and described.
