FIG. 2 is the bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is the right perspective view of a detachable mounting bracket thereof;

FIG. 4 is the right perspective view with a detachable mounting bracket attachment thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is the right perspective view with a detachable mounting strap attachment thereof.

The ornamental design for an indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring device with wired and wireless communication, as shown and described.
