FIG. 1 is a right side view of the device to clamp and cut the umbilical cord of a newborn of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a left side view of the device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of the device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a back perspective view of the device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of the device of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view of the device of FIG. 1.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for a device to clamp and cut the umbilical cord of a newborn, as shown and described.
