FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a dispensing cap in showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawings. The broken lines are shown for the purpose of illustrating portions of the dispensing cap and form no part of the claimed design.
