The appearance of the transitional sequence sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6 (the first embodiment), FIGS. 7-12 (the second embodiment), FIGS. 13-18 (the third embodiment), FIGS. 19-24 (the fourth embodiment). The process or period in which one image transitions to another in each embodiment forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated scrollbar graphical user interface, as shown and described.
