Description

The appearance of the claimed design transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 16 and between the images shown in FIGS. 17 through 32, respectively. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating a display screen or portion thereof and portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
