  • Patent number: 11593865
Abstract: Techniques for improving a customer experience include presenting a selectable component to a user through a graphical user interface of a computing device that is communicably coupled to a server system through a network, the selectable component particularly associated with the user, the server system associated with a vendor and including a plurality of vendor product descriptions; receiving an activation of the selectable component from the user; based on the activation, identifying a plurality of profile data associated with the user; culling the plurality of vendor product descriptions to generate, based on the plurality of profile data, a subset of vendor product descriptions from the plurality of vendor product descriptions; and presenting the subset of vendor product descriptions to the user through the graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 11526252
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for a user interface to allow for navigating a hierarchical menu. In one embodiment a method includes displaying a user interface including one or more menu elements, wherein each menu element is associated with a row of content titles that may be displayed by the user interface and detecting an input command associated with a menu element. The method may further include updating the display of the user interface based on the input command, wherein presentation of a row of content titles associated with the menu element is updated to allow for navigation within the row, and wherein content titles presented by the user interface for the menu element are a subset of content titles that may be accessed based on the menu element. The method may allow for bypassing one or more levels of the hierarchical menu.

  • Patent number: 11475333
Abstract: Techniques for generating solutions from aural inputs include identifying, with one or more machine learning engines, a plurality of aural signals provided by two or more human speakers, at least some of the plurality of aural signals associated with a human-perceived problem; parsing, with the one or more machine learning engines, the plurality of aural signals to generate a plurality of terms, each of the terms associated with the human-perceived problem; deriving, with the one or more machine learning engines, a plurality of solution sentiments and a plurality of solution constraints from the plurality of terms; generating, with the one or more machine learning engines, at least one solution to the human-perceived problem based on the derived solution sentiments and solution constraints; and presenting the at least one solution of the human-perceived problem to the two or more human speakers through at least one of a graphical interface or an auditory interface.

  • Patent number: 11075969
Abstract: Utilizing publishing and subscribing clients in network media channels having a first network coupled to at least a first server and a second server. The first server includes storage configured to store media data, and a network media channel manager configured to send and receive the media data according to one or more network media channels. The first server is also coupled to a publishing client, which is configured to publish the media data using a first network media channel selected from the one or more network media channels, and a subscribing client in a local network external to a first network. The subscribing client subscribes and accesses the media data using a second network media channel selected from the one or more network media channels. One or more network media channels include at least one local channel that is limited to the local network so that only the subscribing client can present to the local channel.

  • Patent number: 10936085
Abstract: Gesture detection and interaction techniques are described. Object detection used to support the gestures may be accomplished in a variety of ways, such as by using radio waves as part of a radar technique. In a first example, the techniques are implemented such that one hand of a user sets a context for a gesture that is defined by another hand of the user. In another example, a gesture recognition mode is utilized. In yet another example, detection of distance is used such that the same motions may be used to different between operations performed. In a further example, split gestures are supported. In another instance, entry into a gesture recognition mode may be implemented through touch and then recognized through three-dimensional orientation and motion of that hand or another.

  • Patent number: 10805705
Abstract: An in-ear device includes a housing shaped to be held in an ear of a user, and be positioned around a canal of the ear so the canal is unobstructed by the in-ear device, and an audio package positioned within the housing to project sound into the canal when the in-ear device is disposed in the ear. A controller is disposed in the housing and coupled to the audio package, and the controller includes logic that when executed by the controller causes the in-ear device to perform operations, including emitting the sound from the audio package towards the canal of the ear.
