Description

The instant Design Patent Application is related to and claims the benefit of application Ser. No. 11/354,779 filed on 15 Feb. 2006 ; entitled “Dynamic Interactive Region-Of-Interest Panoramic/Three-Dimensional Immersive Communication System and Method” (abandoned); application Ser. No. 11/830,637 filed on 30 Jul. 2007 entitled “Panoramic Image-Based Virtual Reality/Telepresence Audio-Visual System and Method” (abandoned); application Ser. No. 12/266,308 filed on Nov. 6, 2008 entitled “Panoramic Adapter System and Method with Spherical Field-Of-View Coverage” (abandoned).

The undersigned applicants of the instant invention affirm under oath that the instant invention was NOT made with government support under a contract or awarded by a federal agency and the government has NO rights in the instant invention.

FIG. 1 is an enlarged perspective view of a virtual video assistant for a surrounding environment in accordance with our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front side view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right-side view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom side of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a back side view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a left side view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a virtual video assistant for a surrounding environment in accordance with an alternate embodiment, with a similar appearance and shape to that of the design in FIG. 1, the only exception is that the alternate embodiment includes an additional textured area;

FIG. 9 is a top view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 10 is a bottom view of the virtual video assistant shown in FIG. 8.

The oblique line shading on the vertical side of the virtual video assistant depicts the display.

The oblique line shading on the top-side ring shaped surface depicts the translucent light portion.

The circumferential rings of textured shading depict a contrast in appearance for the speaker/microphone and ventilation.

The rectilinear representations at the bottom of the virtual video assistant depict rectangular recesses for a connector port.

Claims

The ornamental design for a virtual video assistant for a surrounding environment, as shown and described.
