FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a balance plate showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the circled portion in FIG. 1.

A rear view is omitted since the rear view is a mirror image of the front view.

The dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 7 are for indicating an enlargement portion of the design and form no part of the claimed design.

The dash broken lines depicting portions of the balance plate in FIGS. 3 and 6 form no part of the claimed design.
