Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a surgical stapler, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the surgical stapler of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the surgical stapler of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top plan view of a proximal portion of the surgical stapler of FIG. 1, the portion being indicated by the broken line circle labeled as “FIG. 4” in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged bottom plan view of a proximal portion of the surgical stapler of FIG. 1, the portion being indicated by the broken line circle labeled as “FIG. 5” in FIG. 3.

The surgical stapler features shown in dash-dash broken lines are unclaimed environment and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash-dot broken lines are included for the purpose of defining the boundary of the claim, it being understood that the region between the dot-dash-dot broken lines and the dot-dash-dot broken lines themselves form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dot-dash broken lines in the drawings are included as reference lines that define areas of enlarged views, it being understood that the dot-dot-dash broken lines themselves form no part of the claimed design.
