Control buttons are provided on the central part of the footrest, two swivel blocks are arranged horizontally at both ends of the footrest, and two strap housings containing self-retracting and stretchable straps are mounted on the horizontal swivel blocks, which can be rotated forward or backward, so that the user can perform various types of training using the straps.

The broken lines show portions of the training apparatus that form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines also show environmental structure associated with the training apparatus in a state of use, and these broken lines and structure they depict form no part of the claimed design.
