Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of geranium plant named ‘Fismerk’, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by the combined features of intense orange-red, semi-double flowers, semi-spherical inflorescence, early and rich flowering, and relatively compact growth habit in the beginning, therefore well suited for early cultivation.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Hemerocallis plant named ‘Tiger Time’ characterized by its abundant, showy, bright-orange flowers with red markings which are produced on tall-branched scapes. Plants of ‘Tiger Time’ bloom early and repeatedly throughout the growing season. Plants of ‘Tiger Time’ are evergreen and clump-forming, thus, they are attractive in landscapes. The plant grows vigorously and propagates easily by division or tissue culture.
Abstract: A new and distinct ivy geranium plant named ‘Free Dark Red’ is provided. ‘Free Dark Red’ is characterized by its green foliage with dark red colored double flowers on large umbels, its fast rooting and vigorous growth.
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Alstroemeria plant of tall height is provided which forms on a substantially continuous basis attractive large yellow-orange flowers (as illustrated). The flowers are borne on upright peduncles and display brownish streaks on the petals. The plant propagates well by the division of roots. The new variety can be grown as a distinctive ornamental plant.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of ivy geranium plant named ‘Free Cherry Rose’, that is characterized by: green foliage, magenta flower color, and double flowers on large umbels, fast rooting and exhibits vigorous growth.
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Siberian Crab Apple tree (i.e., Malus baccata) is provided. The new variety can be readily distinguished from the ‘Royal Beauty’ variety (non-patented in the United States). A vigorous growth habit is exhibited with strong apical dominance combined with descending side branches that are disposed at approximately 90° to the trunk at the point of attachment. The leaves are purple with green shading. Attractive red-pink flowers are formed. Very small globose fruit is formed that is purple when fully mature. The new variety is particularly well suited for growing as a distinctive ornamental plant in the landscape.

Abstract: This invention relates to a new and distinct Lantana camara cultivar which is outstanding because of its very compact growth habit, strong tendency to self branching, dramatic tri-colored, continuous bloom display, dense forest green leaves and tendency to set seed infrequently.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of geranium plant named ‘Fisgren’, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by the combined features of bright red, semi-double flowers, numerous medium-sized inflorescences, borne well above the foliage, large, deep green leaves with strong zonation, and vigorous, well-branched growth habit.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of geranium plant named ‘Fislet’, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by the combined features of bright orange-red, semi-double flowers, large umbels and strong peduncles, medium green foliage with strong zonation, vigorous growth, and relatively tall, uniform plant habit.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of geranium plant named ‘Fissalm’, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by the combined features of salmon-pink semi-double flowers, large umbels, borne high above the foliage, relatively large, intense green foliage with strong zonation, and medium to tall, fairly round plant habit.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Geranium plant named ‘Balfancori’, characterized by its upright and mounded growth habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green leaves with darker green zonation pattern; and light red-colored semi-double flowers.

Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Hemerocallis plant named ‘Dance Party’ characterized by its small pastel yellow-colored flowers which are borne on branched scapes. The flowers do not fade in warm, bright conditions and are resistant to water spotting. Plants of ‘Dance Party’ bloom in mid-season and repeatedly throughout the growing season. Plants of ‘Dance Party’ are evergreen and highly branched, thus, they are attractive in landscapes. The plant grows vigorously and propagates easily by division or tissue culture.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Geranium plant named ‘Balgalsusi’, characterized by its upright and mounded growth habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green leaves with dark brown zonation pattern; and light red-colored semi-double flowers.

Abstract: Portulaca ‘Summer Joy Light Pink’ is a new variety of Portulaca oleracea. This plant has a vigorous, spreading plant growth which produces large, light pink flowers having a pale greenish-yellow center.
Abstract: A Guzmania plant named ‘Soledo’ particularly characterized by its solid growth habit in a funnel-form rosette measuring approximately 32 cm in height above the pot when flowering. The leaves are numerous and relatively narrow, each approximately 5.0-5.5 cm in width and 34 cm in length. ‘Soledo’ has a superior floral bract production, compound inflorescence, long-lasting habit, and yellow-red floral bracts, which especially distinguishes the new cultivar from others, including the cultivar ‘Red Star’.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Double Impatiens plant named ‘Boddblwhi’, characterized by its compact, mounded and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green leaves; large white-colored flowers; fully double flower form; freely flowering habit; and flowers positioned above the foliage.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Aster plant named ‘Pink Milka’, characterized by its freely and uniform flowering; decorative inflorescence form with light pink ray florets; and good post-production longevity.
Abstract: A Chrysanthemum plant named ‘HALIFAX’ characterized by its large sized blooms with white ray-florets and a green-white cushion center disc florets.
Abstract: A recyclable protective cradle and a recyclable edge protective packaging and distribution system for preventing rolling and allowing distribution and shipping of rolls of laminar stock rollingly oriented on a pallet. The protective cradle is formed of an interengaging pallet covering and a series of wedge members which act as chocks to prevent the roll from rotating. A wedge removal system allows for the selective removal of one or more wedge members to allow the roll to freely be removed from the protective cradle.
Abstract: A motor with positive torque parking positions. The motor includes a rotor which is rotatable about an axis of rotation and a stator in magnetic coupling relation with the rotor. The stator includes a plurality of teeth each having a radially extending shaft and an axially extending face. The faces of the stator teeth define an aperture for receiving the rotor and the faces of the stator teeth and the rotor define a air gap therebetween. Each stator tooth has a notch in its face that is approximately at least as wide as the shaft of the stator tooth so that the stator has a magnetic configuration relative to the rotor for parking the rotor in a rest position corresponding to a positive torque starting position. The motor also includes a winding on the shafts of the stator teeth and a control circuit for controlling current in the winding whereby an electromagnetic field is produced for rotating the rotor at a desired speed or torque during the operation of the motor.
