Abstract: A rotary joint used for armored diving suits which joint allows rotary motion and which seals the internal portions of the diving suit from the high pressure water in which the user is operating. The rotary joint allows axial movement during operation and reduces premature seal failure due to moments created about the axis of the joint which are prevented from reaching the seals allowing rotating movement. In the event of seal failure, a fail-safe sealing system comprising back up seals not used during normal suit operation is used to isolate the internal portions of the diving suit from water ingress.

Abstract: The present invention relates to customizable apparel and in particular to customizable support gloves) made from conventional spandex fabric, generally having seams reinforced by a plurality of back lock stitches. More particularly, a first hand shaped portion is secured by a hem to a second hand shaped portion to form a plurality of stitched together finger pockets, with the hem extending along the outer edges of the first and second hand shaped portions. Next, a first set of reinforcing back lock stitches sewn on top of the hem. Additionally, a second set of reinforcing back lock stitches sewn on top of the first set of reinforcing stitches. This combination of reinforcing stitches prevents the seams of the glove from unlocking when the finger pockets are cut to a shorter length, thus making the gloves of the present invention ideally suited for customization to the needs or preferences of a user. The use of spandex fabric is preferred since it will not unravel when cut.

First, a hollow, blow-molded body of resilient thermoplastic resin material having a cylindrical projection on one end with external screw threads for threading into the intake pipe of a swimming pool skimmer. Second, an open integral tube running from and through said screw threaded portion to an opening elsewhere on its blow-molded body. The cylindrical projection on the body of the device is intended and designed to be threaded into the intake pipe or other part of a pool skimmer. When connected thereto, the skimmer protector is positioned to absorb/buffer the forces exerted by the expansion of ice as it freezes within the walled regions of the skimmer. Welding the aforesaid integral tube to the body serves to create a hermetically sealed air space between the tube and the outer walls of the body. Abstract: A hand-mounted eraser for usage upon chalkboards, blackboards, markerboards, and similar flat surfaces. In the preferred mode of the invention, an elongated eraser is attached to the hand by a ring member around the smallest finger and strap member around the wrist. The eraser is configured generally parallel to the smallest finger, running along the exterior thereof. This allows the user to comfortably write at a workboard while wearing the eraser. As such, the invention provides great convenience, as the user need not put down a writing instrument to pick up an eraser while using the workboard. An additional benefit of the present invention lies in the fact that the eraser prevents chalk, ink, or markings from a user's hand from being placed on additional objects, such as transparencies used in connection with overhead projectors.

The disposable tooth cleaning article extends in a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, and has a wearer's finger faced surface and an outer surface. The disposable tooth cleaning article comprises a first sheet and a second sheet. The first sheet and the second sheet form a pouch with an opening. The disposable tooth cleaning article has a distal portion extending opposite to the pouch beyond the opening in the longitudinal direction. The distal portion is wound about the wearer's finger when the disposable tooth cleaning article is used. The finger faced surface is provided with a first attachment means and a second attachment means. The first attachment means is located on the finger faced surface of the distal portion adjacent to one transverse edge of the opening to maintain the wound configuration of the distal portion.

Abstract: Provided is an inexpensive roller brush for painting, which has good paint holdability and good paint releasability and of which the brush face is smooth and homogeneous. Using the roller brush, the painted face is good and its quality is high. The roller brush is fabricated by covering a paint-impervious roll core with a paint holder of a fibrous circular material that contains conjugate fibers comprising a high-melting-point polymer component A and a low-melting-point polymer component B. In this, the fibrous circular material contains thermal-fusing conjugate fibers and at least a part of the fibers are fused to form a porous structure.

Abstract: A wiper linkage for a car supporting left and right wiper rotation shafts, the wiper linkage including a body having a plate rod shape in which an upper surface is flat and shaft holes are formed at both end portions, and a shaft rotation support portion rotatably supporting using bearings encompassing the rotation shaft so that the wiper rotation shaft freely rotates and fixed by being inserted in the shaft hole of the body. The operational performance of the wiper is improved and the manufacturing work can be automated so that productivity can be improved. Since the body has a plate shape, when the motor is installed, the accommodation surface is flat so that the motor can be firmly fixed without using an additional sub-bracket. Accordingly, the number of parts decreases so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Abstract: The present invention provides a holder for storing accessories on a wet/dry vacuum. The holder securely attaches to the vacuum and readily detaches therefrom. The detachable holder may be detached with the accessories. While an operator dumps debris out of the drum of the vacuum, detaching the holder prevents the accessories from being inadvertently spilled out of or discarded from the holder. The detachable accessory holder fully secures to a bracket attached to the vacuum. The secure attachment prevents the holder from falling off or tipping on the vacuum. To attach the holder to the bracket and vacuum, grooves on the holder are set on to an axle of the vacuum. As the holder is pivoted about the axle, tabs and a latch on the holder engage slots and a step on the bracket. To remove the holder, the operator presses on the latch and lifts the holder from the bracket and the appliance.
