Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring harness job-order production method and a wiring harness job-order production system, wherein a space for producing a wiring harness is reduced and the production efficiency of the wiring harness is improved. The wiring harness job-order production system 1 has a wiring harness assembling portion 15, an electric wire stock portion 13, and a parts stock portion 14. The wiring harness assembling portion 15 outputs wire amount data DT1 to the electric wire stock portion 13 when the wiring harness assembling portion 15 receives an order from a wiring harness ordering side 38. The wiring harness assembling portion 15 outputs parts amount data DT2 to the parts stock portion 14 when the wiring harness assembling portion 15 receives an order from the wiring harness ordering side 38. The electric wire stock portion 13 conveys a non-colored electric wire toward the wiring harness assembling portion 15.

Abstract: Method of forming probe cards is configured with protective circuitry suitable for use in electrical testing of semiconductor dice without damage to the probe cards. Protective fuses are provided in electrical communication with conductive traces and probe elements (e.g., probe needles) of a probe card. The fuses may be active or passive fuses and are preferably self-resetting, repairable, and/or replaceable. Typically, the fuses will be interposed in, or located adjacent to, conductive traces residing over a surface of the probe card. Methods of fabricating a probe card are provided, as well as various probe card configurations. A semiconductor die testing system using the probe card is also provided.

Abstract: A component mounting apparatus and a component mounting method which improve an accuracy and a rate of placement of components on a circuit-formed member. A component sucked by a suction nozzle is recognized at a component recognizing position, a deviation ?L of the component from a normal suction status is determined on the basis of component recognition information obtained from the recognition of the component, and a velocity of conveyance of the component for a period of time following the recognition of the component and preceding the placement of the component is controlled on basis of a magnitude of the deviation. By the control, the accuracy and rate of placement of the components on the circuit-formed member can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for fabricating a nanowire thermoelectric device comprising the step of providing a substrate upon which to form nanowires. The substrate comprises substrate electrodes passing from a top exposed surface of the substrate to a bottom exposed surface of the substrate. Another step involves forming a first electrode pattern, which forms first and second electrically connected groups of substrate electrodes, on the bottom surface of the substrate. A p-type nanowire is then formed on the substrate by activating the first group of substrate electrodes during p-type material deposition. Similarly, a n-type nanowire is formed by activating the second group of substrate electrodes during n-type material deposition. And top electrodes are formed to connect the p-type and the n-type nanowires and a second electrode pattern is formed on the bottom side of the substrate to replace the first electrode pattern to form a thermocouple.

More specifically, each trace is typically electrically connected to a single contact. Abstract: There is provided a method for producing a metal/ceramic bonding circuit board, which can form a fine pattern even if a circuit forming metal plate is thick and which can shorten the time required to carry out etching, when a molten metal is caused to contact to a ceramic substrate to be cooled and solidified to bond the circuit forming metal plate to the ceramic substrate to etch the circuit forming metal plate to form a metal circuit plate having a desired circuit pattern. After a molten metal is caused to contact both sides of a ceramic substrate 10 to be cooled and solidified. Thus, a circuit forming metal plate 12 having a shape similar to a desired circuit pattern is bonded to one side of the ceramic substrate 10, and a metal base plate 14 is bonded to the other side thereof. Then, etching resists 16 are printed on the circuit forming metal plate 12 to etch the circuit forming metal plate 12 to form metal circuit plates 12 having the desired circuit pattern.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a beard trimmer with an internal vacuum system that collects the hair clippings generated by the trimmer during grooming. The beard trimmer is comprised of two main mechanisms, a beard trimmer and a vacuum powered suction unit. The beard trimmer with internal vacuum is comprised of an external body, which houses a motor, wiring, and a power source. Additionally, the beard trimmer casing also houses the vacuum powered suction unit. The beard trimmer also includes of a pair of reciprocating cutting blades and an electric motor that drives the blades. The vacuum powered suction unit includes an air intake, a filter unit, a hamster cage or turbine style impeller, a filter unit housing, and at least one external exhaust port. The suction unit is designed to capture the clippings created by the blades during grooming. The resultant trimmer allows an operator to trim facial hair while simultaneously collecting hair clippings created by the trimming process.

The leading edge of the blade having an angle of about 20 degrees, followed by a tapered top surface portion and a rear portion. An angled blade head attached to the rear portion and angled upward at about 20 degrees. A shank attached to the blade at an angle of about 20 degrees for receiving the weight of the floor stripping machine and keeping the blade parallel to the floor while lifting the flooring material over the leading edge, the tapered portion, the blade head and shank smoothly and efficiently without binding. The blade may have a carbide insert for long lasting skiving of material from the floor.

Abstract: This invention represents an improvement to an equatorial sundial comprising an independent simultaneous single scale indication of both time and date as represented from a primary and secondary gnomon. This allows one unfamiliar with the physics of an equatorial sundial to with simple observation quickly assess both time and date as a singular measurement. The sundial displays conventional time measurement on a single scale transcribed on the equatorial ring from a primary gnomon aligned with the polar axis. The improvement includes a date scale transcribed on the primary gnomon that is cast a shadow from the secondary gnomon comprised of the upper equatorial ring. Since the sun maintains an essentially equivalent angle of declination throughout the day, the shadow cast by the upper equatorial ring (secondary gnomon) on the primary gnomon (containing the date scale) remains consistent in position and date can be observed at any time of the solar day.

Also, additional energy is received from a battery located on the back of the shoe, charged by a battery charger in the sole. All the systems are controlled by an electronic temperature control unit located outside of the shoe. During cold weather conditions, the air-conditioning unit can function as a heat pump, warming the inside of the shoe. The entire system regulates the temperature inside the shoe depending on the weather conditions.

In addition, the mosquito attracting and killing apparatus employs a hopper having a tapered shape to easily clean the inside of the apparatus and efficiently reflect UV light emitted from the UV lamp.

The triacylglycerol-based wax includes a triacylglycerol component and a polyol fatty acid partial ester component. The triacylglycerol-based wax typically has a melting point of about 49° C. to 58° C. The triacylglycerol-based wax also generally has an Iodine Value of about 45 to 65. The triacylglycerol component tends to have a fatty acid composition including 5 to 13 wt. % 16:0 fatty acid. Further, the fatty acid composition generally comprises about 45 to 60 wt. % 18:1 fatty acid. The fatty acid composition also generally comprises about 30 to 45 wt. % 18:0 fatty acid. The wax preferably contains little or no paraffin and free fatty acid. Abstract: The present invention relates to product(s) containing living microorganism(s) suitable for soil treatment, microorganisms multiplying under different climatic and natural circumstances, as well as procedures for the production of the products, and procedures for the treatment of the soil and plants with the products. More particularly, the invention relates to a procedure for preparing the products from any of the microorganisms specified below, or from the mixture thereof. Furthermore, the invention relates to a procedure for the creation of the cultures of the microorganisms to be used. The subject invention also pertains to the microorganisms themselves.
