A display card adjacent to the back panel extends substantially the entire length and width of a transparent section of the back panel. A flap that is connected to the back panel, near the edge that defines part of the opening, extends across part of the width of the back panel and into the bag, covering a portion of the display card and helping to hold the display card in position.

Abstract: A decorating system for arranging a first display member in relation to at least a second display member. The display members are interconnected utilizing connecting elements and fasteners. The structure of the connecting members are such that the display members are maintained in a fixed position in relation to each other. The connecting elements comprise two connecting portions separated by either a spacing element or dimensional depth extender which provide for lateral and/or dimensional spacing between display members. The display members can be aligned symmetrically, asymmetrically, or a combination thereof utilizing the connecting elements.

The air conditioner includes a front frame, a cabinet, indoor and outdoor blower fans, a rotating drive motor, a heat exchanger portion, and a panel assembly. The front frame includes an intake slot for suctioning indoor air through. The cabinet is coupled at a rear of the front frame and includes an intake slot for suctioning outdoor air through. The indoor blower fan and the outdoor blower fan respectively suction the indoor air and the outdoor air. The rotating drive motor is axially connected to the indoor and outdoor blower fans. The heat exchanger portion includes an indoor heat exchanger for heat exchanging the suctioned indoor air and an outdoor heat exchanger for heat exchanging the suctioned outdoor air. The panel assembly is installed in front of the front frame for allowing replacing of an image.

Abstract: There is provided an air conditioner. The air conditioner includes a rear cabinet, a front cabinet, a blower fan, a heat exchanger, and a panel assembly. The front cabinet is coupled to a front of the rear cabinet, and includes an intake port formed at a lower side portion thereof and a discharge port formed at an upper side portion thereof. The blower fan is installed in an inner lower portion of the rear cabinet for suctioning indoor air. The heat exchanger is installed above the blower fan for exchanging heat with the suctioned indoor air. The panel assembly is installed on a front of the front cabinet for interchangeably mounting a picture, photograph, etc. thereto.

Abstract: A barrel latch safety for a grenade launcher having a barrel slidable upon a receiver via actuation of a barrel latch is provided. The barrel latch safety includes a locking plate and elongate member extending from a portion thereof so as to define a crotch between the elongate member and a side edge of locking plate. The subject safety is adapted to be positioned on their receiver such that a surface adjacent the side edge of the locking plate prohibits barrel latch actuation upon translation of the safety relative to the receiver.

Abstract: A method of forming a composite rib for the barrel of a firearm is provided. The method generally includes aligning composite material and a release layer and directing the combination of materials through a die. The release layer is removed from the intermediate rib leaving a three-dimensional finish formed in the surface of the rib.

Abstract: A telescopic firearm scope/sight which is fully integrated with a compact digital camera, and which has size, shape and weight characteristics that are substantially the same as those of a conventional, camera-less telescopic scope, is used to photograph a target proximate the instant at which the target is fired upon. To configure the weapon for photography and firing, the scope is simply placed on the firearm in the same manner as a conventional scope, and the firearm is then fired in the conventional manner. Photographs are recorded, alternatively, in response to the sound of, or the recoil from, the firearm firing. An alternative embodiment eliminates the telescopic sight, but maintains all of the digital photography components, and is particularly useful for smaller-scale firearms such as pistols.

Abstract: An image stabilization or vibration reduction facility for a riflescope and firearm has a transparent optical element that refracts incoming rays passing based on motion, to provide a stabilized image, which is transmitted to a user along an optical path of a rifle scope. A feedback transducer connected an output signal from the stabilization facility indicates a characteristic of the output signal. The transducer may be a second reticle that moves based on motion of the riflescope to indicate the degree of deflection by the stabilization facility, and may illuminate when the stabilization facility is in a neutral condition without deflection. The rifle may include a trigger block the prevents trigger operation until a neutral condition is detected.

Abstract: Described herein is a fishing device that uses a sliding weight to force a float assembly to a unique position and hold it in that position until it is reset. This indicates to fishermen that a strike has occurred. The actual device consists of a tube sealed on each end containing a loose weight. This assembly is installed in a rectangular plastic foam float, a hollow molded plastic float, or any suitable float. The tube assembly is installed through the center of the longest dimension of the float. The tube has an end ‘A’ and an end ‘B’. End ‘A’ has an eyelet installed for attaching a fishing line. The line is a sufficient length to allow an anchor, which is attached to the end of the line, to reach the bottom. This line also contains fishing hook(s). The weight of the anchor is calculated to counter the force exerted by the fish thus allowing it (the force) to be transferred to end ‘A’ of the tube.

The arm support device includes an arm cradle that mounts above the handle of the elongated object. Abstract: A foldable carrier for beverages and other objects has a pair of folding receptacles extending outwardly from a central vertical support panel structure. Horizontal slits are formed in the side walls across two or four corners of the carrier, and the resulting horizontal strips of material are bent inwardly to form dividers for separating objects from one another in the receptacles. If the slits are positioned just below the upper edges of the side walls, bending the strips inwardly effectively forms compartments of reduced height to facilitate the accommodation of objects of varying height, and/or displaying additional areas of the beverage containers and their labels.

Abstract: A housing has an upper and lower portion. Each portion has a recessed interior face, an exterior face and a periphery there around. The upper portion and the lower portion are coupled together with spacers. An aperture is provided between the upper and lower portions. A light source has an upper extent and a lower extent. The upper extent of the light source has a plurality of LEDs. The LEDs are positioned radially and are contained in a shield. The light source is adapted to be positioned such that the LEDs are in line with the aperture, the light source further having a power source with a heat source and bait.

Abstract: A multi-layer wood pest barrier having a prolonged lifetime that can be as long as the life of a building or structure to be protected. The lifetime protection is achieved by binding at least one pesticide within a continuous or discontinuous polymer matrix layer thereby substantially reducing release of the pesticide from the matrix. The release rate of the pesticide from the matrix can be controlled by the use of a carrier such as carbon black. The release of the pesticide from the barrier can be further controlled by inclusion of additional layers which can make the barrier substantially non-releasing.

Abstract: An insect repelling or killing resin product that is attachable to long target(s) and includes: a belt piece made of a resin containing at least either an insect-repelling agent or an insecticide formed in a belt shape, that can be wound around the long target; and an engaging member located at one end of the belt piece. Plural engagement parts capable of engaging with the engaging member are arranged side by side on the belt piece at positions spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the belt piece. When the belt piece is wound around the long target, the engaging member is made to engage with one of the engagement parts.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides various embodiments of a container and dish. In certain embodiments, the container and dish includes a container portion having a plurality of sides defining a cavity in the container portion. A mouth on one of the plurality of sides is in communication with the cavity in the container portion. In particular implementations, the container and dish includes a funnel on at least one of the plurality of sides of the dish portion. In further implementations, the dish portion and the container portion are movable from a nested, storage configuration to an open configuration for dispensing and/or refilling where the container portion and the dish portion are at least substantially co-planar. In yet further implementations, the dish portion is movable with respect to the container portion and may be nested within a depression formed in the container portion.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a composition and method for decreasing the emissions from combustion of fuel that contains biodiesel, where the composition contains at least one ignition accelerator and at least one plant extract or synthetic component similar to a portion of a plant extract. The ignition accelerator is preferably a peroxide, for example, di-tert-butyl peroxide. The composition may optionally contain meadowfoam oil or jojoba oil. The composition may also enhance the lubricity of the fuel that contains biodiesel.

Abstract: Apparatus for manufacturing a carbonaceous heat source chip, capable of drying an extrusion-molded carbonaceous heat source rod to proper hardness and supplying the same to a heat insulating material-wrapping device. The apparatus includes a hollow pipe that forms a conveying path for transporting the carbonaceous heat source rod continuously extrusion-molded by an extrusion molding machine, to the heat insulating material-wrapping device. The apparatus forms an airflow running through the hollow pipe by means of an air amplifier, and transports the carbonaceous heat source rod while drying the rod by using the airflow.

Abstract: A multipurpose growing system for production of commercial plants which include a unique plant carrier, which allows plants to be grown and supported without any growing media, a total flow push rod and conveyor system providing automated spacing of the plants and automated disinfecting of plant carriers and troughs. The troughs feature designs for growing either with plant carriers or without them allowing various types of crops to be grown. The troughs also feature ridges extending along the bottom to limit liquid gradients and to promote aeration of the roots. The system also consists of an nutrient controlling method for hyperaccumulating of edible crops with minerals and vitamins. Finally, the system is characterized by an automatic climate control system that features an improved design making environmental control more economical by reducing air volume subject to heating and cooling.

Abstract: A system for attaching at least one preselected object to a vertically disposed elongated structure includes a strap, a fastening member for securing and releasing connecting opposed ends of the strap. A tensioning device engageable with at least one of the fastening member and the strap for forming a predetermined tension within the strap fastened to such structure with the fastening member, wherein the predetermined tension enables the strap to be securely wrapped around a peripheral surface portion of such structure. Various members are engageable with the strap for removably receiving such at least one preselected object and for enabling attachment of such at least one preselected object to such structure.

Abstract: An irrigation mat is comprised of a water impermeable base sheet, a water permeable top sheet and a capillary mat disposed between the base sheet and the top sheet. One or more flat pliable optional drip tapes are loosely disposed between the top sheet and the capillary mat and displaceable therebetween to any desirable position. The drip tape is a hollow flat tube constructed of perforated plastics material and extends at least a full length of the irrigation mat. The irrigation mat with the drip tapes is capable of being rolled up upon itself to form a roll. The top sheet is also heat fused to the folded edges of the back sheet.

Abstract: An accessory for wild birds is formed from a plurality of ceramic clay flowerpots disposed in preselected relation to each other. The accessory includes a receptacle formed from a ceramic flowerpot. Abstract: Embodiments include methods and apparatus for mixing feedgases and producing synthesis gas. The apparatus includes a vessel containing a mixing system comprising one or more channels and a reaction zone downstream of the mixing system. A first feedgas and a second feedgas are separately injected into different injection portions of each channel, such that the second feedgas is injected in an acute direction into the first feedgas flowstream. The injected feedgases thereafter mix in a mixing portion of the channel. The mixing portion of each channel may have a reduced cross-sectional area so as to increase the total velocity of the feedgases while they mix. A feedgas mixture exits each channel of the mixing system to feed the reaction zone where it gets converted. Preferred embodiments include mixing O2 with a hydrocarbon gas and converting the mixture in a catalytic reaction zone to produce synthesis gas.

The rain gutter cleaning tongs include a pair of arms, each having a distal portion and a proximal portion that are arranged at obtuse angles relative to each other. A gripping head is located at a distal end of the distal portion of each arm. The proximal arm portions are pivotally attached to each other and are spring loaded to bias their gripping surfaces away from each other. Optionally, a guide is attached to one of the arms for guiding the two arms relative to each other during operation.

Abstract: The present invention is a gutter cover formed of sheet metal, with perforations in the cover deck for passage of water. The prism shaped perforations allow water to pass even when blocked by leaves, and is self-cleaning from winds.

The cover support structure is comprised of a lifting strut that supports the leading hooked frontal edge of a gutter cover, two stabilizing struts that interlock with the hooked edge of a frontal rim of a gutter trough, a connecting strut that connects the lifting strut to the stabilizing struts, and a junction where the lifting strut and stabilizing struts converge.

Abstract: An anchoring system for facilitating anchoring of a semipermanent structure during high wind conditions and associated method. The anchoring system comprising an elongate strap having opposed first and second ends, and the strap having an adjusting mechanism to facilitate adjustment of a length of the strap. A pair of opposed anchor elements, each one of the pair of anchor elements being coupled to one of the first and second ends of the strap, and each anchor element contacting a ground surface to facilitate anchoring of the anchor element to the ground. Following embedding the anchor elements in the ground, the length of the strap is adjusted to provide sufficient tension to the semipermanent structure and anchor the semipermanent structure to the ground during the high wind conditions.

The construction may be formed in the shape of a box-like freight container in which the roof portion 2 and/or the floor portion 3 provide(s) structural integrity. The structural integrity is such that the construction can be picked up by a crane, and/or arranged in a freight vehicle with a normally loaded freight container on top of it, either case without causing structural damage. The building construction can be assembled by swinging the roof portion 2 out from the main portion, and by swinging the floor portion 3 out from the main portion, not necessarily in that order, but in each case by way of pivot connections 4, such that the roof and floor portions become at least part of the roof and floor of the building construction respectively when the building construction is installed on site.

Complementary beam members include a base plate joining longitudinal edges of sidewalls of the profiled member and close the open face of the profiled member, forming a sturdy box-like structure, and internal cross-platelets joined to inclined strips of the profiled-member sidewalls to further rigidify the beam structure.

Abstract: A rigid support bearing for a rotating shaft has bearings arranged concentrically around the shaft instead of spaced axially and is used in a screw drive telescoping mast assembly. An axial drive screw is centrally located in the mast assembly for extending and retracting the tubular sections. A lower bearing assembly supports the drive screw and uses the concentric bearing arrangement to reduce the nested height of the mast.

Abstract: A vehicular air conditioner including an air conditioner casing with a supply opening and a perforated panel with a plurality of vent holes, the perforated panel extending over the supply opening. Abstract: A glazing structure is provided that provides increased safety without sacrificing architectural advantages. One example of glazing structures provided satisfies building code requirements for hurricane conditions. Architectural advantages provided by configurations shown include enhanced structural support due to glass members with at least one side portion. The addition of one or more side portions on glass members allows large areas of glass to be suspended without intermediate structural supports such as steel or other metal members.

Abstract: A system for constructing masonry block walls having spaced-apart pilasters and panels supported by and extending between the pilasters. In certain embodiments, the pilasters are constructed from stacks of pilaster blocks which are secured together using at least one vertical, post-tensioned reinforcing member, without the use of grout to connect the reinforcing members to the pilaster blocks. The pilasters are constructed from at least two laterally spaced-apart stacks of pilaster blocks positioned on opposite sides of the wall. The panels are constructed from courses of panel blocks, and do not require the use of mortar to connect adjacent blocks. The pilasters provide an arrangement in which a panel can supported in an upright position by virtue of one end portion being positioned between two stacks of blocks of a first pilaster and the opposite end portion of the panel being positioned between two stacks of blocks of a second pilaster.

The transom nose portion has extensions extending beyond opposed ends of the transom body portion, the extensions being received in the notches of the mullion body portions such that the penetrating transoms are supported by the mullions. whereby the framing portion is formed for sealing receiving a panel to form an air barrier, with a gap being defined between the extensions of the transoms and the mullion nose portions. Pressure plates are connected to the mullion nose portions and to the transom nose portions to form a sash with the framing portion so as to secure the panels within the sash.
