  • Patent number: 7214045
Abstract: A rotary fluid machine, such as a pump or motor, is provided with a fluid flow control mechanism that allows the flow of fluid to be easily and precisely controlled. The device has a housing with a spherical interior in which primary and secondary vanes rotate, with the secondary vane reciprocating between open and closed positions. The primary and secondary vanes define fluid chambers within the housing that communicate with inlet and outlet ports of the device. An adjustable fixed shaft, about which the secondary vane rotates, allows the degree of communication to be varied between the inlet and outlet ports and the chambers formed by the primary and secondary vanes. In this way, the flow rate or fluid capacity of the device, and even the direction of fluid flow, can be changed.

  • Patent number: 7214049
Abstract: A system for controlling nozzle touch force, which is capable of maintaining the touch force relying upon a simple constitution. An electric motor moves the injection unit forward via a spring to bring a nozzle into contact with a metal mold. Further, the spring is compressed to impart a preset nozzle touch force. In the injection/pressure-maintaining step, the screw is driven, and a position/speed detector provided on a servo motor for injecting the resin detects the injection speed at regular intervals. A force produced by the force of inertia of the moving portions such as the injection screw and the pusher plate that move due to the injection operation, is found from the acceleration that is found from the injection speed. The amount of compression of the spring is controlled by varying the rotational position of the motor by an amount corresponding to the force that is found to maintain the nozzle touch force constant.

  • Patent number: 7214077
Abstract: A press-fit assembling device is provided to assemble enclosures including a chassis and a housing. The press-fit assembling device includes a base and a driver. The base includes a platform defined with a locating channel to secure the chassis located thereon. The driver is pivotally connected to one end of the base and is formed with a press plate. The press plate moves down under the control of the driver to press fit the housing and the chassis located on the platform. A plurality of stop blocks is arranged on the platform, and is used to prevent damage to the enclosure. The driver is also formed with a linkage set. When the press plate is lifted up, an aft part of the linkage set abuts against a cross rod and keeps the press plate from dropping down while the operator positions the chassis and housing for press-fitting.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a cantilever structure connector without an extended portion of a main locking arm and provide also a locking feeling similar to that of a center impeller structure connector. When a male and female housings are connected to each other, rib protrusions disposed at inner walls of ribs abut to side protrusions and parts of side locking arms enter into between the main locking arms and the male housing. Accordingly, the main locking arms become temporarily a center impeller structure. When a center protrusion abuts to main protrusions, the main protrusions are subjected to a large downward force, or a large upward repulsive force.
