The new Raspberry plant abundantly forms attractive conical-shaped Claret Rose fruit which is lighter in coloration than that of the ‘Autumn Bliss’ cultivar (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 6,597) when mature. The new cultivar displays spiney stems and canes unlike the ‘Joan Squire’ cultivar (non-patented in the United States). The fruit is very firm and is firmer than that of the ‘Autumn Bliss’ cultivar, and is well suited for consumption as high grade fresh fruit. The very firm nature of the mature fruit is advantageous during harvest, shipment, and marketing.

At the same time the deep N-well is formed for the nonvolatile memory array, deep N-wells are formed for the high-voltage P-channel transistors of the logic circuitry. At the same time the P-well is formed for the nonvolatile memory array, P-wells are formed for the low-voltage N-channel transistors. The memory array contains nonvolatile cells of the type used in the ultra-violet-erasable EPROMs. During erasure, the isolated-well formation allows the source, the drain and the channel of selected cells to be driven to a positive voltage. The isolated well is also driven to a positive voltage equal to, or slightly greater than, the positive voltage applied to the source and drain, thus eliminating the field-plate breakdown-voltage problem.

Abstract: A versatile scarf includes an elongated rectangular neckband portion, a large half-fan shaped flap connected to one side of the neckband portion and a small half-fan shaped flap connected to another side of the neckband portion forming draping portions, and a loop coupled between the small flap and the neckband portion. Both sides of the scarf have the same configuration, therefore the scarf is completely reversible. The scarf can be securely tied by pulling the large flap through the loop between the neckband and the small flap, without using other fastening means. Depending on how far the large flap is pulled, through front or back loop, from top or bottom of the loop, re-looping or not, and depending on which side is showing and the position of the scarf, numerous stylish and distinctive appearances can be achieved. The dimensions of the scarf can be varied to suit different purposes.

Abstract: Variable leg width trousers, offering the wearer the ability to change the diameter of the lower leg sections of the trousers near the foot end while keeping the diameter of the upper leg sections constant. Each lower leg section is formed to have a width adjustment slot. The trousers may include a width adjusting insert, releasably attached to the lower leg sections by at least one joining device for each width adjustment slot, with which to vary the size of the width adjusting inserts. This allows the user to select the contraction or expansion of each lower leg section for functionality or appearance. The inserts may be constructed of the same material as the trousers or may be constructed of contrasting materials and/or colors. The width adjusting inserts may incorporate decorative indicia or expressive indicia, or may bear certain functional features, such as reflectors or pockets.

Abstract: An undergarment in the form of boxer shorts includes a concealed inside pocket on the front panel for holding valuables and other items such as, but not limited to, a credit card, a membership or I.D. card, paper and coin currency and keys. The pocket hangs freely on the inside of the boxer shorts and is secured to the front panel at a top open pocket mouth. A horizontal slit opening on the front panel, just below the waistband of the boxer shorts, communicates with the pocket mouth to permit placement and removal of the items carried in the pocket. A zipper or other closure mechanism is provided for securing the slit opening closed, thereby safely containing the items in the pocket. Opposing flaps along the horizontal slit opening on the outside of the front panel help to conceal the pocket mouth and closure mechanism.

Abstract: A portable shower stall, for allowing a person to bathe while seated in a wheelchair, for temporary installation in a kitchen having a sink having a basin and a hand sprayer. The shower stall has a frame having side panels and a rear panel that are selectively foldable, a top rail and a lower rail. A base tray extends below the frame and collects waste water. A curtain extends downwardly from the top rail and directs waste water into the base tray. The base tray has a front flap that selectively lowers to allow the person to roll the wheelchair into the base tray between the side walls and rear wall to bathe using the hand sprayer, while a pump returns waste water from the base tray to the basin.

Abstract: A toilet moving cart system for efficiently moving a toilet. The toilet moving cart system includes a base for receiving a conventional toilet, a stub member within the base, a plurality of wheels attached to the base, and a handle attached to the base. The stub member extends upwardly into the lower opening within the toilet when the toilet is positioned upon the base. A cap is removably attached to the base for sealing the fill valve within the toilet during transportation to prevent water leakage.

Abstract: A pull down bed that pivots from a vertical, stow away position to a horizontal position for use when sleeping is provided. Weight bearing leg panels are hingedly attached to the mattress platform and swing downward and away from the platform sides when the bed is lowered. A headboard is slidably mounted on parallel horizontal rails and can slide forward when the bed is lowered to present the look of a traditional bed.

Abstract: A cross-rail support system for use with a bed frame to support a mattress having at least two adjustable support leg assemblies attached to two parallel and adjacent elongate beams. The overall width of the support system is adjustable by sliding the elongate beams relative to each other along their lengths. The placement of the two support leg assemblies is also adjustable by sliding the assemblies along the elongate beams and is independent from the total width of the support system. In addition, the leg assemblies maintain the parallel alignment of the elongate beams to each other and provide support to the mattress. The leg assemblies include telescopic extensions that have locking means, and at least one open ended groove that accommodates a locking means.

Abstract: A rectangular flexible fabric sheet has mounted corner holders. A horizontally oriented support is engaged with the corner holders for securing the sheet so as to enable a person to recline on the sheet. A pillow having a circular fabric outer cover is positioned at one end of the sheet. The pillow is split into two portions sharing the outer cover; each one of the portions providing a planar fabric inner panel. The inner panels share a common edge functional as a hinge enabling the two portions to assume an unfolded attitude wherein the inner panels lie abutting the sheet for supporting the neck and head of the reclining person, and a folded attitude wherein the inner panels mutually abut and thereby provide a more robust pillow.

Abstract: A side rail pad system that provides modifications and components operable in association with hospital beds and the like that are designed to articulate. The system improves upon the structural shape of the side rails used in association with the articulating bed frames and provides an arrangement of side rail pads that are positioned between the side rails and the existing mattress platform. The side rail pads are positioned on the bed frame with flexible hinges in a manner that allows their alternate movement between a placement that fills the space between the side rails and the mattress when the side rails are in a raised position, and a placement away from the side of the mattress when the side rails are rotated into a lowered position.

The bed cover support includes a first adjustable height bar and a second adjustable height bar which allows the bed cover support to adjust to varying mattress heights. The first adjustable height bar and the second adjustable height bar each have a support bar extending outward which fits between the mattress and box springs. Attached to the top of the first adjustable height bar and the second adjustable height bar is a cover support bar which supports the sheets/blankets preventing them from resting on the sleeping individual. The bed cover support is also adjustable for varying size beds including twin, full, queen and king.

Abstract: A method for cleaning a semiconductor substrate is provided. The method initiates with transferring the semiconductor substrate into a chamber. Then, a first side of the semiconductor substrate is cleaned according to a first cleaning technique. A second side of the semiconductor substrate is simultaneously cleaned according to a second cleaning technique. The semiconductor substrate is then transferred from the chamber. A system and apparatus for simultaneously cleaning opposing sides of a semiconductor substrate are also provided.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus for cleaning a window of a structure. The window cleaning apparatus includes a guide track mounted on one side of a window frame and a second guide track mounted on a side of the window frame opposite the first guide track wherein a cleaning assembly is retained and guided between and along a length of the first and second guide tracks. The apparatus further includes a means for selectively moving the cleaning assembly along the length of the guide track and over a surface of a window within the window frame thereby cleaning the surface of the window.

The handle includes oppositely extending end pins which are pivotally received in receivers carried on the paddle. At least one of the receivers has a bore which receives on of the handle end pins. Abstract: A band clamp having a band and a nut and bolt fastener. The band includes radially-extending opposed flanges each having an aperture for receiving the bolt. The bolt has a shank that includes a neck, a threaded body for receiving the nut, and a tapered transition from the neck to the threaded body. In one embodiment, the tapered transition extends only partially around the shank such that a portion of the neck has a common surface with the body. During tightening, the radially inward facing surface of the aperture in the flange can engage the threaded body and slide along the threaded body across the common surface and onto the neck without having to traverse and ride up over the tapered transition. In another embodiment, the nut has an angled shoulder that engages the tapered transition when the nut is tightened to the desired axial position on the bolt.

Abstract: A post attachment device for connecting a helmet to a head and neck support. The device includes a post anchor having a base, a button, a resilient member, a post, a retainer and a catch having a slot with a larger first section connected by a channel to a smaller second section. The button is positioned in an indention in the base with the resilient member positioned therebetween. The post extends through the button, the base and the helmet. The retainer is secured on the post adjacent the inner surface of the helmet. To secure the post attachment device, the catch is orientated over the post. The button is then depressed into the base while the catch is moved backwards to move the post into the second section of the slot.

Abstract: The hand tool embodying this invention allows push nuts to be quickly and easily removed from axle rods and other shafts. The tool has a specialized head welded to a long handle. The tool head includes an end socket head and an extractor. The socket head has an open throat within which the caps of push nuts are seated. The sides of the socket head are cut down to form two axial cusps on either side of the socket head. The extractor is welded to the socket head and terminates in a flat claw, which extends downward in front and angles slightly toward the open mouth of the socket head.

Abstract: A high-bandwidth electrical test probe having a probe contact spring of reduced size and characteristic capacitance is presented. The probe includes a contact spring connected at one end to the input port of a probe circuit. The opposite end of the contact spring enters the a probe socket and a predetermined angle of entry. The probe socket has a bore formed therein which is arranged at a non-zero angle relative to the angle of entry of the contact spring into said probe socket bore, thereby guaranteeing electrical contact with the bore. The design allows the use of a very small contact spring, on the order of tens of mils, thereby reducing the parasitic capacitance of the spring and allowing much higher bandwidths than heretofore achievable.

Abstract: A pattern forming method includes forming a resist pattern for lift off of a first film disposed on a surface side of a base, patterning the first film by dry etching using the resist pattern as a mask, depositing a second film after patterning, removing the resist pattern to remove a portion of the second film on the resist pattern, and etching the surface side of the base after removing the resist pattern. The etching includes dry-etching the surface side of the base using etching particles with a main incident angle of the etching particles to the surface side of the base being set in a range of 60° to 90° relative to a normal direction of the one surface of the base. The dry etching is performed while rotating the base about an axis substantially parallel with the normal direction.
