Publication number: 20070209786Abstract: A plurality of angle portions 2c of the fins on an upstream side and those on a downstream side of an air flow are provided so as to be substantially symmetrical with each other. Due to this, bending forces are continuously exerted on a thin plate-like fin material in a direction where the bending deformation of the fin material is cancelled, during the fin forming process. Accordingly, when the angle portions 2c are formed it can be prevented in advance that the fin material 11 is deformed in a state where the repeated deformations of the fin material 11 are accumulated in the same direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 1, 2007Publication date: September 13, 2007Inventors: Masahiro Shimoya, Noriyuki Kasuya, Eiichi Torigoe, Tatsuo Ozaki

Publication number: 20070209788Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat transfer tube with spiral groove, comprising a stainless steel tube body with inward convex spiral groove on surface, wherein the stainless steel tube body possesses unequal height and width in the cross sectional view. In the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooling system for automotive engine, such kind of spiral groove tube with the unequal height and width in the cross-section acting as the heat transfer tube for the cooler make the cooler gain higher heat transfer effect, and it is hard to make dirt deposited inside or outside the tube, which greatly improves the emissions performance for automotive engine, and satisfies higher requirement of environmental protection.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 1, 2007Publication date: September 13, 2007Inventors: Jianzhou Jing, Xiaoai Yang, Donghao Shen, Jiankun Jing

Publication number: 20070209789Abstract: An air-conditioning system preventing the vented air temperature of a rear seat evaporator from not being able to be adjusted, wherein an electronic control system judges that the surface of the rear seat evaporator is frosting up when a target blowing rate of the rear seat blower is lower than a predetermined value, a detection temperature of an evaporator vented air temperature sensor is lower than TEa, and a detection temperature of the outside air temperature sensor is lower than TAMa; TEO is raised at this time, so an electric motor of an electric compressor is stopped; refrigerant no longer flows into the rear seat evaporator for this reason and the surface of the rear seat evaporator rises in temperature, so the rear seat evaporator can be defrosted; and even if the surface of the rear seat evaporator frosts, the rear seat evaporator 8 can be defrosted, so the vented air temperature of the rear seat evaporator can be prevented from not being able to be adjusted.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 8, 2007Publication date: September 13, 2007Applicant: DENSO CorporationInventors: Mitsuyo Oomura, Takeshi Wakisaka, Katsutoshi Hirose

Publication number: 20070209792Abstract: A reinforced resilient wiper element, for use in connection with internal pipe wipers, having peripheral wiping edges, a central bore and a rigid area surrounding such central bore. The rigid area surrounding the central bore prevents compression of the resilient wiper element in the vicinity of the central bore, thereby reducing or eliminating structural failure of the wiper element.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 7, 2007Publication date: September 13, 2007Inventor: Charles Carroll

Publication number: 20070209793Abstract: A method for acquiring a sample of a virgin fluid from a subsurface formation penetrated by a wellbore surrounded by a layer of contaminated fluid is disclosed. The method includes abutting a first packer against a wall of the wellbore, and extending at least a portion of a second packer beyond the first packer, wherein the second packer is at least partially disposed in the first packer. An inlet to a first flowline is at least partially defined by the first packer, and an inlet to a second flowline is defined by the second packer. The method further includes drawing one of virgin fluid, contaminated fluid and combinations thereof into the first flowline; and drawing virgin fluid into the second flowline.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 24, 2007Publication date: September 13, 2007Applicant: SCHLUMBERGER TECHNOLOGY CORPORATIONInventors: Raymond Nold, Alexander Zazovsky, Steve Ervin, Christopher Del Campo, Stephane Briquet

Publication number: 20070209795Abstract: Lightweight polyamide particulates may be used in treatment of subterranean formations, including hydraulic fracturing and sand control methods, such as gravel packing. The polyamide particulates typically have an apparent specific gravity (ASG) between from about 1.05 to about 2.0 and are stable at temperatures up to 500° C. The polyamide particulates may be used in combination with a filler which further serves to increase the strength and temperature stability of the resulting composite. Fracture conductivity may be increased by the placement of the low density polyamide particulates as a partial monolayer.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 8, 2006Publication date: September 13, 2007Inventor: D.
