Publication number: 20070266964Abstract: Method for cooling in a motor vehicle comprising: cooling at least the vehicle engine by a liquid-based cooling system in which coolant is cooled by air in a first heat exchange element which is by the vehicle radiator; heating the cab of the motor vehicle by heating air by using a coolant in a separate second cab exchange element and supplying the heated air to the cab by a fan. The second cab heat exchange element is arranged in a separate cooling configuration by which coolant in the second heat exchange element is cooled by air which is thereafter supplied to spaces other than the cab. There are also devices for accomplishing such cooling, such heating, such heat exchange and such supplying of air.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 28, 2005Publication date: November 22, 2007Inventor: Pehr Soderberg

Publication number: 20070266965Abstract: An internal combustion engine for a small planing boat for preventing supercooling of the internal combustion engine before warm-up while enabling efficient cooling of the internal combustion engine after warm-up. An internal combustion engine for a small planing boat includes a first cooling water path B through which cooling water introduced from a jet propulsion pump flows toward an internal combustion engine main body via an exhaust manifold. A second cooling water path C is provided through which cooling water introduced from the jet propulsion pump flows toward an exhaust pipe via an oil cooler. A bypass cooling water path D is provided for branching a part of cooling water in the second cooling water path C which flows out from the oil cooler, so as to merge into cooling water in the first cooling water path B which flows into the internal combustion engine main body.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 16, 2007Publication date: November 22, 2007Inventors: Yosuke Hoi, Atsushi Kusuda

Publication number: 20070266966Abstract: There is provided a refuse-trapping cover for a portable working machine, which is capable of reducing the deterioration of the engine-cooling performance of the cooling fan that may be caused by the fibrous sawdust of a palm tree. The refuse-trapping cover includes a frame (40) having a plurality of open windows (40a-40j) and attached to the outer casing (20) of a chain saw (1) to thereby cover the air inlet slits (22), and a mesh member (50) integrally fixed to the frame (40) to thereby cover open windows (40a-40j). The frame (40) is constructed to have predetermined dimension and configuration, and the mesh member (50) is fixed to a predetermined location of the frame (40) to thereby provide a sufficient space (S) between the mesh member (50) and the outer casing (20) to avoid the mesh member (50) from being adsorbed onto the outer casing (20).Type: ApplicationFiled: May 16, 2007Publication date: November 22, 2007Applicant: Kioritz CorporationInventors: Hisato Ohsawa, Kazuhiro Yoneyama

Publication number: 20070266971Abstract: In order to produce a variable valve lift device for the lift adjustment of the gas-exchange valves of an internal combustion engine, by means of which with adjustment forces and holding forces, independently from whether said holding forces and adjustment forces are applied mechanically, hydraulically or electrically, with an adjustment of the valve lift being as cost-effective as possible, and with maximum accuracy of the adjustment or control of the valve lift to be taken between the individual cylinders of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, and, moreover, the adjustment possibility of the valve lift of the valves of an internal combustion engine with several cylinders is obtained within smallest tolerances, it is suggested that a valve lift device (1) has a rotatable eccentric shaft (3), which consists of several eccentrics (4, 5) and whereby all possible contours of the eccentrics (4, 5) are positioned within a circle, which is formed by means of the external diameters of a bearing (6, 7) of thType: ApplicationFiled: March 26, 2004Publication date: November 22, 2007Applicants: HYDRAULIK-RING GMBH, ENTEC CONSULTING GMBHInventors: Gerlinde Bosl-Flierl, Rudolf Flierl, Wilhelm Hannibal, Michael Jubelt, Andreas Knecht, Andreas Wild
