The device further has at least one removable cinch strap device 40 having a first end and a second end, the first end having two buckle portions 38, 39, a first buckle portion 39 for removable attachment to the attachment location with an appended buckle 38 on the primary back strap 10 and a second buckle portion 39 to attach to the buckle portion at the second end of the cinch strap 40 to form a loop for holding a coil of cable 100, a power tool box or other material.

Abstract: A boat canopy mounting system having a front mounting assembly and a rear mounting assembly. The mounting system is able to secure boat canopies and other tops or sunshades to boat towers. The mounting system is further able to be employed on boat towers of varying configurations without any modifications. To accomplish this feature, the rear mounting assembly may include a plurality of clamp mounting locations such that an installer may selectively choose the clamp mounting locations to accommodate boat towers of varying design.

A battery station receives the power handle module and an associated circuit controls and supplies power to the saw. An adaptor fixture may be employed in one configuration to provide a drill press and in another to provide a saw fence. The adaptor fixture includes a sliding carriage for mounting a powered hand drill and jaws for clamping engagement with the toolbox when used as a fence.

A data sampling/recording (data logging) device for maintaining the assembled structure is also provided. The data includes vibration data on a multistory building at the time of an earthquake, deflection data on a vessel structure due to high waves, and the like. A state that the components of a structure are arranged to share common horizontal/vertical directions is the completed state of the structure.

Abstract: A ternary card assembly is provided that includes a detachable smart card, a detachable information tab, and a disposable carrier card, which are connected by breakaway links. The smart card and the information tab may be connected to one another directly or indirectly through an intermediate element. The information tab may include one or more panels that are elastically displaceable from the plane of the information tab to render the information tab useful in different ways. A payload set is also provided, which includes a smart card and an information tab, which is detachably connected to only a part of the smart card's perimeter. Also provided are methods of preparing a smart card for use and for customizing a smart card.

Abstract: A fitting head has a sleeve receptacle and a widener, the fitting head being displaceable forward/backward in the direction of the longitudinal axis of a wire. Also arranged on the fitting head are a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter generates a curtain-like beam that is positioned between the sleeve receptacle and the widener and can be measured by the receiver. Like the sleeve receptacle and the widener, transmitter and receiver are displaceable forward/backward in the longitudinal axis of the wire, during the forward movement the wire fitting or sleeve being fitted onto the wire and during the backward movement the sleeve being positionally measured. The movement of the fitting head is measured by a stationary measuring head and a scale that moves together with the fitting head. During evaluation of the measurement results, fitting faults are detected.

Abstract: A microphone assembly is provided. An apparatus for fabricating the microphone assembly includes a lower mold attached to a bottom surface of a printed circuit board (PCB) on which a microphone chip is mounted, an upper mold installed on the PCB and including receiving spaces receiving the microphone chips and an inlet for injecting a material; and a material injector movably installed with respect to the inlet to inject epoxy or silicone into the receiving spaces of the upper mold. A method for fabricating the microphone phone includes mounting microphone chips, installing the mold, injecting the material, and cutting the PCB and producing the microphone assembly. The microphone assembly is fabricated in a transfer molding process or an injection molding process using a mold to reduce the processing time needed for fabricating the microphone and fabricating high quality microphones due to improvements in workability and productivity.

The method for treating electrode tabs of a crude cell includes the steps of: (a) gathering a plurality of anode grids and plurality of cathode grids having a plurality of anode plates and cathode plates, respectively; (b) welding an anode tab and a cathode tab to respective end portions of the anode grids and the cathode grids to form an anode side welded portion and cathode side welded portion; and (c) attaching an insulating tape to the anode side welded portion and cathode side welded portion with an adhesive to wrap the welded portions with an insulating tape.

The camera includes a lens portion, and an image of the electronic component held by the nozzle portion is reflected by the mirror, passes off-axis through the lens portion, and is formed on the imaging device.

Abstract: A method for repairing a metal finish layer on a surface of an electrical connection pad of a circuit board is provided. Firstly, a circuit board having a plurality of electrical connection pads on a surface thereof is provided, and a plurality of metal finish layers are formed on surfaces of the electrical connection pads, wherein some of the metal finish layers have at least a fault. Then, a micro deposition process is performed on the metal finish layer having the fault using micro droplets. Therefore, a production yield can be improved and a fabrication cost can be reduced as a result.

A central flow portion is formed through the baseline orifice that is in fluid communication with both of the first and second diameter portions. The central flow portion has a relatively smaller diameter than either of the first and second diameter portions. The method also includes the step of plastically deforming a portion of the annular ring adjacent the central flow portion to thereby reduce the diameter of the central flow portion.

The drum is accelerated in a second spinning block for a second number of spin pulses to reach a speed that is above the critical speed of rotation. The drum is accelerated in a third and final spinning block for a third number of spinning pulses to reach a maximum speed of rotation that is compatible with the washing.

There is provided at least one weight-responsive member on which the container is mounted, and a control is provided connected to the one or more weight-responsive member whereby the solids content of the treated material can be determined by measuring the difference in weight of material in the container, before and after moisture is drawn off from the material and prior to its discharge from the drum. The control is preferably effected by means of a computer.

The lace and guides preferably have low friction surfaces to facilitate sliding of the lace along the guide members so that the lace evenly distributes tension across the footwear member. The tightening mechanism allows incremental adjustment of the tension of the lace. The closure system allows a user to quickly loosen the lace and inhibits unintentional and/or accidental loosing of the lace.

Abstract: An article of footwear includes a woven region. A fit adjustment system includes a lace strap superimposed with strands of material forming the woven region. The lace strap is routed around the shoe and forms opposing pairs of lace holding elements such as lace loops. More specifically, the lace strap extends downwardly from a lace holding element on a first side of the upper, across and underneath the footbed, around the heel region, back across and underneath the footbed, and upwardly to form a lace holding element on the second side. By the routing of the lace strap, the lace strap is integrated with the heel and arch portions of the shoe. A shoe lace is routed through the lace holding elements and may be adjusted to affect the fit of the upper to a foot of a user.

The upper is generally comprised of a plurality of non-stretch panels interlinked with at least one stretchable expansion joint. A method of installing the device involves removing a return spring from a first and second mounting locations and attaching the extensible body to the first and second mounting locations. The device may also include a load-limiting frangible link.

The mounting bracket includes mounting assemblies that are designed to operatively attach the bracket to the stick and related bucket cylinder linkage assembly of a larger excavator. The mounting bracket also includes mounting assemblies that are designed to operatively attach the bracket to the boom and related stick cylinder of a smaller excavator. The mounting bracket may avoid the need to obtain and maintain plural mounting brackets for different mounting applications (e.g., stick or boom).

Abstract: A package configuration for holding merchandise includes a rotatable element that selectively displays different information to the user as the element is rotated. The rotatable element is restrained without a central hub or pivot pin. The restraining configuration limits lateral movement and minimizes pinching of the rotatable element. In one configuration, the merchandise storage package has a cover assembly having front and rear covers that define at least one window. Three pocket tabs restrain the lateral movement of the rotatable element. Each pocket tab is integrally folded from the blank used to form the storage package. One of the pocket tabs is double folded over itself to form a spacer having a thickness of three layers of blank material. Another pocket tab is folded over the spacer tab to form a fourth layer of material between the front and back covers.
