(Solution) A fixed die plate FXPL and a moving die plate MVPL of a mold clamping apparatus on a base BS place a versatile main mold inside, respectively. A pair of insert dies FINS and MINS is carried in to a mold opened space without disturbing tie bars TBU or TBD located in an upper portion or a side portion. The pair of insert dies are separated and fastened to each of the versatile main mold. The die length becomes zero or very small when the moving die plate positions at a mold closing position, and as the result dimension of the mold clamping apparatus in the direction of mold opening and closing can be shortened. Also, particularly the moving die plate can be avoided to tilt.

Abstract: The present invention provides for compositions comprising poly N-vinyl pyrrolidone (PVPP) with improved capability to remove polyphenols, methods of producing and using the same. Producing the PVPP with improved capability to remove polyphenols may comprise adding a quantity of hydrogen peroxide to a composition comprising the PVPP, mixing the hydrogen peroxide and the composition comprising the PVPP and removing from the mixture, the PVPP with improved capability to remove polyphenols. The PVPP with improved capability to remove polyphenols may be useful for reducing the formation of colloidal haze in beverages such as beer.

Abstract: A novel processing method of producing a solid molasses product by a practical chemical processing method is provided. Liquid molasses is heated, mixed with calcium hydroxide at 2 to 25 percents (wt/wt) on a solid basis, dried to less than 15% moisture, and cooled to below 50 degree C. to convert the liquid molasses into the solid molasses in dry form. The solid molasses product is in block, particle or powder form. The oils with free fatty acid levels 20-80% (wt/vt) on a fat basis is added into liquid molasses and processed into molasses-fat block product with more hydrophobic function and water resistance. The process in this invention increases molasses content in the dried solid molasses from such as 42% to 90% and does not need dryer equipment, which increases the product value and reduces the related equipment and energy costs. The solid product in particle or powder form is free-flowing and easy to be handled, processed and delivered.

Abstract: This invention relates to sweetening compositions used to produce foodstuffs with a sweetness and taste profile comparable to HFCS 55. The sweetener compositions generally include at least one carbohydrate sweetener selected from the group consisting of HFCS 55, HFCS 42 and sucrose along with an effective amount of a high intensity sweetener composition. The high intensity sweetener composition includes acesulfame K, aspartame and sucralose. Foodstuffs formed using the reduced-calorie sweetener compositions of the invention exhibit a taste profile comparable to HFCS 55 and a calorie reduction of 50% or more.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the formulation and process for preparation of a fried egg product which may be frozen for future heating within a microwave or other oven for consumption by an individual. Various ingredients are added and mixed to each of the liquid egg white and liquid yolk portions. The liquid egg white portion is preheated and then deposited within a mold for slow cooking under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. The liquid yolk portion is preheated and then is added to the mold for placement on the egg white portion. Following a short period of cooking the mold containing the formulated fried eggs is transported to a freezer unit for freezing, packaging, and storage. At a future time the frozen formulated fried egg product may be retrieved for thawing and cooking for consumption by an individual.
