Abstract: A foldable water tank includes a foldable receptacle having a bottom wall and vertical sidewalls; and a folding frame to support the sidewalls in an upright position. The frame has first, second, third and fourth upper rails joined end-to-end. The frame has a folded position wherein the upper rails are adjacent to each other. First hinges disposed at end portions of said upper rails pivotably connect the upper rails. The second and fourth rails each includes first and second sections having adjacent end portions. Second hinges connect the adjacent end portions to allow the second and fourth rails to fold inwardly to be disposed between the first and third rails in the folded position. The second hinges each includes a shield to cover the adjacent end portions thereby to protect a user's hand from being pinched by the adjacent end portions during unfolding or folding of the frame.

Abstract: A recognition arrangement for disposable tableware comprises a tab body having a base portion and a plurality of character portions, and a user reference arrangement, wherein the user reference arrangement has means for selectively removing at least one of the character portions of the tab body that the user can recognize which disposable tableware belonged to him or her. The recognition arrangement can have symbols, numerals or alphabet which helps the user to recognize his or her disposable tableware, helps a user to recognize his or her disposable tableware such that wastage and health risks are reduced. The users can also easily recognize which disposable tableware belong to him or her in a shorter period of time with less effort.

Abstract: A device for delivering fuel has a fuel delivery unit placed inside a fuel tank and which consists of a swirl pot with a fuel pump situated therein for delivering fuel out via a flow line to an internal combustion engine, and with a ventilation system located inside the fuel tank and serves to withdraw fuel vapors from the fuel tank. This ventilation system consists of ventilation lines and a liquid trap for precipitating fuel. The ventilation lines are arranged with one end in the upper area of the fuel tank, and, with the other end, lead into the liquid trap. An activated charcoal filter located downstream from the liquid trap has a connection to the atmosphere. The liquid trap and the activated charcoal filter are situated next and at the height of the swirl pot. At least the liquid trap is mechanically connected to the swirl pot.

Abstract: A band-type dispenser for wrap film includes a base, an endless band device, and a cutter unit. The base has a chamber in its interior, and a positioning bracket is respectively fixed at two sides of the chamber for supporting a roll of wrap film. The endless band device is disposed in the base and has at least one endless band for moving the wrap film. The cutter unit is positioned in front of the endless band device for cutting wrap film. The dispenser is automatically operated, with a cut piece of the wrap film kept flat and smooth, so a user can use it with safety and convenience.

Abstract: A combination tissue dispenser and trash receptacle is disclosed. A substantially hollow housing has a dispensing compartment and a receptacle compartment which each include an aperture therein for ingress or egress of tissues. A dividing wall separates each compartment, and each compartment further includes a retaining flap that covers the aperture for selectively retaining tissues therein. In use, the dispensing compartment is loaded with unused tissues, each being successively removed through the aperture for use when needed. After a tissue is used, the used tissue is inserted past the retaining flap of the receptacle compartment and retained therein. In this way used tissues may be easily discarded after use in a convenient manner. An embodiment having removable receptacle inserts for convenient temporary storage of used tissues is also disclosed.

Abstract: A cleaning wipes container having one or more panels and a lid that covers an opening. The opening provides access to an interior storage space defined by the one or more panels. The interior storage space is configured to receive a wipes cartridge. The container also has a viewing area on at least a portion of one panel. The viewing area provides a target surface to join a transferable label. The transferable label includes indicia that relate to a characteristic of a type of cleaning wipes in the wipes cartridge. The indicia are viewable from outside the container.

Abstract: A container suitable for wet wipes that comprises at least one compatibility sensor, at least one output device and at least one triggering device and a compatible a refill pack of wipes comprising a compatibility actuator. The compatibility sensor of the container and compatibility actuator of the refill pouch are designed to interact with each other. The interaction enables the operation of the output device, which functions only when triggered by the triggering device. The output device is capable of producing a sensory perceptible effect. The container and refill pack together can form a kit.

Abstract: The invention concerns a reliable, simple, economical and ergonomic dispensing machine requiring little maintenance, for example of bottled mineral water sold in pack or carboy, enabling a novel dispensing circuit to be set up which combines the practical aspect for the consumer by being closer to his residence with the ecological aspect for centralized recycling of empty packs, while promoting sales for water producers.

Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing small items such as pieces of candy is disclosed herein. The dispenser includes an outer housing and an inner housing slidably coupled to the outer housing, the outer housing and the inner housing defining a main cavity thereinbetween. The dispenser includes a pocket within the inner housing that can be separated from the main cavity by slidable movement of the inner housing with respect to the outer housing. The outer housing includes a divider for at least substantially blocking off the pocket from the main cavity when the inner housing moves from a closed position to an open position such that small items cannot enter the pocket. When the inner housing is in the closed position, a small item can enter the pocket but cannot be accessed from outside the small item dispenser, and, when the inner housing is in the open position, the pocket can be accessed from outside the small item dispenser without small items being able to enter the pocket from the main cavity.

Abstract: A method and system for dynamically controlling a process chemistry above a substrate is described. The system for adjusting the process chemistry comprises a ring configured to surround a peripheral edge of a substrate in a vacuum processing system. The ring comprises one or more gas distribution passages formed within the ring and configured to supply an additive process gas through an upper surface of the ring to the peripheral region of the substrate, wherein the one or more gas distribution passages are configured to be coupled to one or more corresponding gas supply passages formed within the substrate holder upon which the ring rests.

Abstract: An automated filling system to conduct a filling operation in which a bulk liquid transport vehicle is filled with a bulk liquid and quality assurance tests are performed by a gas analyzer. A programmable logic controller, employed to control the filling operation, is responsive to pressure within a fill line connected to the vehicle and is programmed to determine that there exists sufficient pressure within the vehicle to conduct an initial quality assurance test and that the fill line is properly connected to the fill line, without breaks in its flow integrity. The programmable logic controller also initiates and controls a pressurization process if there is not sufficient pressure to conduct the initial quality assurance test.

Abstract: A fluid dispenser is provided that includes a multiple chamber fluid storage region, each having a dispensing pump of its own such that the dispenser can dispense the fluids from within the multiple fluid storage regions. Further, the multiple fluid storage regions may each contain the same or different liquids. The dispensing pumps include a metering housing, which when depressed, generate a one-way flow from the interior fluid storage region of the container that serves to fill the predetermined volume of the chamber within the metering housing. When the metering housing is depressed a second time a substantially equal volume of each of the fluids is dispensed from the container, while upon release, the metering housings are refilled by drawing fluids from their respective fluid storage regions. The fluids are mixed in the exit port as they are dispensed from the metering pumps.

Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a beverage dispensing head, a first section is molded to include an exit channel and a first portion of a valve bore. A second section is molded to include an entry channel, a passage through the second section, and a second portion of the valve bore. A third section is molded to include a passage through the third section and a third portion of the valve bore. The first section is mated with the second section and the second section is mated with the third section to form a handle including a passageway therethrough. The mating of the first section with the second section and the second section with the third section aligns the first portion with the second portion and the second portion with the third portion to form the valve bore for the passageway. In addition, the entry channel is sealed to form a fluid entry aperture and a fluid entry conduit for the passageway. Further, the exit channel is sealed to form a portion of a fluid exit conduit for the passageway.

Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing metered amounts of powdered material, such as baby formula, from a dispenser unit, or cartridge, that can be quickly and easily interconnected with the dispenser. The dispenser can accommodate formula bottles of various sizes and includes a dispensing plunger that provides an oscillating action to prevent compaction of the formula and functions to ensure even dispensing of the formula into the formula bottle. Uniquely, actuation of the dispensing plunger creates a negative pressure internally of the dispensing chamber of the dispenser so as to assist the uniform withdrawal of formula from the cartridge.

Abstract: The present invention teaches that air may be injected into the sloping bottom of a bulk dry particulate cargo container (micron-sized through quarry-sized dry particulate) accompanied by traditional conveyance-variety pneumatic air, causing the bulk dry particulate cargo to enter a bi-phase state having an air matrix with particulate inclusions. The result of this air lubrication is a dramatically reduced coefficient of friction. This bi-phase material may be extremely fluid, easily exiting a discharge port without regard to normal bulk dry particulate friction or angle of repose. The present invention also teaches a cargo container having a plurality of air injectors on the sloping bottom of a particulate plenum and having air supply apparatus feeding the air injectors.

Abstract: The present invention provides a pill splitter. The pill splitter includes a main body with a top housing and a bottom housing having a blade mounted thereto. The top housing has a slot defined therein for receipt of the blade. The top housing moves relative to the bottom housing between a protected position and a cutting position. In the protected position, the top housing resides in front of the blade to prevent a user from contacting the blade. In one embodiment, a retainer moves between the blade mount and the bottom surface of the pill seat to prevent movement thereof. In the cutting position, the blade is routed through the slot in the top housing thereby exposing a cutting edge thereof for cutting a pill. The retainer clears from between the blade mount and the bottom source of the pill seat to allow movement thereof.

Abstract: A combustion-powered driving tool for driving nails or other fasteners includes a push lever, a push switch, a trigger switch, a combustion chamber, a sparkplug, and a control section. The push switch is provided for detecting that the push lever is pressed against the workpiece and outputs a first signal indicative of a pressed condition. The trigger switch is provided for instructing to drive the fastener into the workpiece. The trigger switch outputs a second signal indicative of an instruction to drive the fastener. The sparkplug is exposed in the combustion chamber and ignites a mixture of air and flammable gas in the combustion chamber to create a driving force for driving the fastener into the workpiece. The control section is responsive to the first signal and the second signal and commences an igniting operation of the sparkplug at a timing after expiration of a prescribed period of time staring from a timing at which the first signal is output from the push switch.

Abstract: Disclosed is a packaging material having a plurality of angular cylindrical structures built up by folding a piece of a corrugated cardboard material, comprising: a fitting-in concave portion to fit a predetermined object to be packaged therein, the fitting-in concave portion being formed by being surrounded by the angular cylindrical structures; an opening portion to house a first accessory inside the packaging material, the opening portion being formed by folding a surrounding end piece of an opening formed by cutting out a portion of one surface of the packaging material, toward an inside of the packaging material; and a notch-shaped concave portion to house a second accessory, the notch-shaped concave portion being formed by concaving one of convex angle portions of the packaging material toward the inside.

Abstract: A package is provided comprising a tray having a main panel and opposed side walls and opposed end walls which are each hinged to the main panel. The package further comprises a stiffening sheet comprising a base panel having opposed side panels and opposed end panels hinged thereto, wherein at least one of the opposed end panels of the stiffening sheet includes a securing tab. The securing tab is defined at least in part by a weakened line of severance and is secured to the tray. The securing tab is severed from the stiffening sheet when the tray is erected from a flat collapsed form into a set up condition.

Abstract: Packaging for moisture-sensitive material or material containing volatile contents comprises an inner water-impermeable means for enclosing such material, and an outer container (1) comprising a base panel (2) from which a front panel (3), rear and side panels (4, 5) extend upwardly and a lid (6) hingedly fixed to the top of the rear panel (4) and giving a firm closure. The container has side vents (11) or other means giving provision for expansion.
