Publication number: 20080265699Abstract: A cooling system and voltage regulator for a sealed permanent magnet generator is disclosed that has a rotor shaft that is hollow. A magnet is moveably positioned within said hollow rotor shaft. Permanent magnets mount on the exterior of the hollow rotor shaft. The rotor shaft has a pressed aluminum tube in various configuration on the inside bore with an end-mounted fan. The aluminum tube acts as a heat sink to draw the heat generated by the magnets through the rotor shaft and aluminum tube. The fan draws cooling air through the hollow bore of the rotor shaft thus cooling the magnets and forces the heated air through passages on the exterior of the stator housing. Because the airflow is not in contact with the electrical portions of the generator the cooling system will perform in dusty, wet and explosive environments. In another configuration a refrigeration compressor installed in the rotor shaft bore cools the rotor shaft and the fan cools the stator passages.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 4, 2008Publication date: October 30, 2008Inventor: John Devine

Publication number: 20080265731Abstract: A cosmetic case includes an outer case and a drawer-like inner case drawn in or drawn out the outer case, the drawer-like inner case having a space for accommodating cosmetics wherein the outer case has a push-pull locking device therein and the drawer-like inner case has a hooking member outside thereof such that the push-pull locking device is cooperated with the hooking member and the outer case further has a spring therein such that the spring presses the drawer-like inner case in a drawn-out direction, the cosmetic case allows the drawer-like inner case to be automatically drawn in and out the outer case by means of an operation of the push-pull locking device when the user lightly pushes the drawer-like inner case in a drawn-in direction. Thus, it is convenient to carry the cosmetic case and it is prevented from a leakage of the contents.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 25, 2007Publication date: October 30, 2008Applicant: Interwork Korea Co., LtdInventor: Hyun-Myung Moon

Publication number: 20080265732Abstract: A pull-in and damping device for a displaceable element has a displacement part (2), movable transversely to the displacement direction of the element, with a cam (14), which displacement part (2) is pullable, via spring means (13), from a moved-out position into a moved-in position, the cam (14) co-operating with curved pathways (6, 7), which have a minimum (24) and a maximum (25). The displacement part (2) is held in a clamped way via a clamping device (4) when, during displacement of the displaceable element from the end position into a moved-out position, the cam (14) of the displacement part (2) reaches the maximum (25) of the curved pathways (6, 7), and which clamping holding of the displacement part (2) is released when, during the pushing back of the displaceable element, the cam (14) of the displacement part (2) reaches the maximum (25) of the curved pathway (6, 7).Type: ApplicationFiled: April 17, 2008Publication date: October 30, 2008Applicant: Peka-Metall AGInventor: Bernhard Weber

Publication number: 20080265733Abstract: A fresh keeper used in refrigerating apparatus comprises a lid (1), an outer drawer (2) and at least one inner drawer (3) which is contained in said outer drawer, a gap is formed between the outer drawer and the inner drawer such that said outer drawer (2), said inner drawer (3) and said lid (1) form a sealed space when they are in mounting state. The effect of heat preservation is improved due to the air insulating layer, thereby the temperature inside the fresh keeper is not easily influenced by the ambience and the temperature inside the fresh keeper is more stable. Because of the double-layer structure used in the invention, an air layer is formed. The pressure of the vapor in the air layer is much more than that of the inner drawer, thus it is difficult for the vapor in the inner drawer to diffuse into the air layer, and thereby the moisture in the inner drawer is ensured so that the humidity is kept to be a high value.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 12, 2005Publication date: October 30, 2008Applicant: Aktiebolaget ElectroluxInventors: Xavier Hue, Simin Yang
