A pad may include a receiver for securing to a wearer and a base. The base may be secured to the receiver by a suspension allowing pitch and roll movements. Abstract: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional camouflage garment including a base fabric and fabric pieces attached thereto. The fabric pieces may be attached to the base fabric via substantially horizontal attachment lines. The fabric pieces may include a tab portion for attachment to the base fabric and a depending portion depending from the tab portion. As attached, the fabric pieces may include a non-flat orientation to facilitate the three-dimensional effect. Associated methods of producing a three-dimensional camouflage garment are also provided.

An inner pocket is attached to the inner surface below the chest of the user, the inner pocket having a rounded bottom, an open top, and outwardly flared sides. A drain system has a drain bulb snugly received within the inner pocket and a tube with one end attached to the bulb and the opposing end indwelled within the wearer. One or more straps are located on the inner surface, the straps each forming a closed loop such that the tube passes through the loop. An outer pocket is attached to the outer surface of the garment and overlays the inner pocket so that a single stitch line attaches both the inner pocket and the outer pocket to the garment.

The geometry of a seal retaining groove is designed to reduce leakage at the float/seal interface.
