Abstract: An emission control system, includes: an exhaust pipe portion, adapted to guide exhaust gas from an engine to outside; a catalyst, accommodated in the exhaust pipe portion; an additive injection valve, provided at the exhaust pipe portion located at upstream side of the catalyst, and configured to inject additives to be supplied to the catalyst toward a flow of the exhaust gas in the exhaust pipe portion. The exhaust pipe portion has a flow path section located at upstream side of the catalyst, which intersects an injection flow of the additives injected by the additive injection valve, and the flow path section is made to have substantially the same shape as an injection region of the injection flow which confronts the exhaust gas.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an exhaust manifold for an internal combustion engine, in particular in a motor vehicle, comprising a housing from which a plurality of inlet pipes emanate, which, in the built-in state, lead to cylinders of the internal combustion engine, and comprising a flange, which is welded to the inlet pipes and which, in the built-in state, is screwed to the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine by means of a screw connection. The fatigue strength of the exhaust manifold can be improved by subdividing the flange into at least two partial flanges in a longitudinal direction of the exhaust manifold.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an exhaust gas collector for an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine, in particular in a motor vehicle, having two internal shell bodies which each connect a plurality of inlet openings in a communicating fashion to an outlet opening, having an external shell body which encloses a receptacle space in which the two internal shell bodies are at least partially arranged. In order to improve the response behavior of a turbocharger, which can be connected to the exhaust gas collector, a dividing wall is proposed which divides the receptacle space into two partial spaces, one of the two internal shell bodies being at least partially arranged in each of the partial spaces.

Abstract: A hydraulic motor is driven by a fixed displacement, three stage gear-type pump. The three equal displacement sections provide 3 equally-stepped flows so that the hydraulic motor can have three speeds. Valving and controls are provided for remote on-the-fly shifting of the speeds, automatic pump unloading in neutral, and adjustable maximum pressure. A closed loop system permits use of a relatively small reservoir. The contamination tolerance of the system is greater than that of variable displacement piston-type pumps typically used. Direct recirculation of hydraulic fluid is provided for unused speeds to permit hydraulic fluid to recirculate in the pump without doing work. A unique control circuit is provided to control the first speed valve in conjunction with a logic cartridge which controls hydraulic motor direction to permit fluid flow to the hydraulic motor to be stopped when coming to neutral without slamming the hydraulic motor and rotating drill pipe to a stop.

Abstract: A hydraulic system for an agricultural vehicle is proposed. The hydraulic system comprises a main hydraulic circuit, which is fed with hydraulic fluid by a main hydraulic pump, a variable displacement charge pump which supplies charge pressure to the main hydraulic pump, and a lubricating hydraulic circuits. In order to keep efficiency losses on the vehicle to a minimum, particularly at high engine speeds, part of the hydraulic fluid delivered by the charge pump can be diverted to the lubricating hydraulic circuit.

Abstract: A smart flow sharing system, useful in hydraulic systems having more than one hydraulically demanding equipment function wherein more than one of the hydraulically demanding functions are sometimes activated at the same time, has modified hydraulic passages and at least two fixed displacement pumps. The system automatically prioritizes hydraulic fluid flow so that when only one of two hydraulically demanding functions is activated by an operator, it receives the hydraulic fluid flow from both fixed displacement pumps, but when both hydraulically demanding functions are activated, one of the functions receives hydraulic fluid flow from the first fixed displacement pump, and the other function separately receives hydraulic fluid flow from the second fixed displacement pump. The smart flow sharing system accomplishes the foregoing without resorting to complex hydraulics or expensive additional components.

Abstract: The waves of the sea move a float vertically upwards and downwards. These motions are transferred and converted to rotational along a horizontal shaft. The float (1/1) of a spherical or cylindrical shape made with plastic or metal material, empty filled with ballast, floats half emerged and as is moved by the forces of the waves, transfers these vertical motions to a vertical metal beam (1/2) which can be increased or decreased in order to deal with the tidal changes of the sea level. The vertical beam is attached with knuckle joins, at the one end with the float and at the other with the horizontal beam of a rectangular metal triangle which transfers the vertical motions at the horizontally moving forwards and backwards saw (1/5) with the two chains (1/6) and (3/20) which rotate two pairs of gears each gear of a pair to the diametrically opposite side, so that with every movement one gear produces action while the other gear of the pair moves freely.

Only one communication channel is formed, and the communication channel has an ascending portion that increases in height toward the inside of the housing. The ascending portion is formed so that a vertically lowermost point of the end (a second opening) of the ascending portion on the inner side of the housing is positioned higher than an uppermost point of the end (a first opening) of the ascending portion on the outer side of the housing. With such a configuration, condensation in the housing is minimized, and the risk of malfunction due to entrance of water is minimized.
