The system comprising a washing machine having an internal drum for containing laundry and a quantity of a water. An ozone generator is connected to the washing machine and the ozone generator produces and supplies the produced ozone to the washing machine for ozonating the water. At least one sensor is provided for sensing a quantity of ozone exhausting from the washing machine during operation thereof, and the at least sensor being coupled to the ozone generator for interrupting production of ozone when a quantity of ozone exhausting from the washing machine exceeds a safe level.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for supplying liquid mixtures on a mix-on-demand basis for consumptive use, and for maintaining the composition of such mixture on a highly accurate and stable basis. For wet-on-wet processing of fabrics, the processing solution is supplied at start-up on a mix-on-demand basis to precise specifications and is maintained at such precise specifications throughout fabric processing, which involves continuous additions of water by the incoming fabric and removal of solution by the exiting fabric. Recirculation of the solution at a high rate, together with rapid and repetitive measurements of the composition of the recirculating solution enables the solution to be precisely monitored and maintained. Periodic small additions of chemical are injected as necessary to maintain highly stable, accurately controlled process conditions. Extraordinary economies, both direct and indirect, can be realized with the new system.

An open channel runs longitudinally along the body between a first open end and a second closed end such that the first open end is in communication with the second closed end through the open channel. The open channel, the first open end, and the second closed end are arranged so that a substantially downward running stream of water directed into the first open end is redirected through the channel and out of the closed second end to form a fountain. A direction of a flow of the fountain at the other of the first opening and the second opening has an upward component so that a user, i.e., holder of the toothbrush, can use the fountain for oral rinsing.

Abstract: A portable rolled product containing a small roll of sheets, such as tissues or wet wipes, is particularly useful for uses outside the home. The roll of sheets is contained within a flexible package, such as a plastic film wrapper, having a roll housing portion and an extended dispensing portion or channel through which the user withdraws the product. After the desired amount of the sheets is withdrawn, the extended dispensing channel can be folded back around the roll housing portion of the package for storage until further use.

Abstract: A fabric towel with a slider pattern for use on a cleaning surface with at least one fastener to secure the towel to a steam frame. The fabric towel is used with a steam appliance and the slider pattern reduces friction when used on a fabric or carpeted surface yet provides a sufficient amount of towel surface to steam. In one embodiment, the fabric towel is a steam pocket including a top and bottom layer joined around its perimeter with an open side to allow for mounting on a steam frame with fasteners secured to each layer and wrapped around the back of a steam frame. The slider pattern may be a single piece or a plurality of segments secured to the towel. In another embodiment, towel is a steam pad with has at least one fastener for attachment to the steam cleaner frame.

The system includes primary and secondary water resistant barriers on first and second surfaces of the associated insulation layer. The secondary water resistant barrier includes a single adhesive and sealing layer defining at least one channel and adhesively securing the second surface of the associated insulation layer to the associated substrate layer. The system is usable with a plurality of associated insulation layers disposed in abutment, the single adhesive and sealing layer defining at least one channel extending from the first insulation panel to the second insulation panel and being adapted to conduct fluid therethrough. Further, a hand tool for working the adhesive and sealing layer is provided.

The station housing has an evacuation passageway exposed to a top portion of the received robot. The robot maintenance station also includes an air mover in pneumatic communication with the evacuation passageway and a collection bin carried by the station housing and in pneumatic communication with the evacuation passageway. The station housing and the robot body fluidly connect the evacuation passageway to the cleaning bin of the received robot. The air mover evacuates debris held in the robot cleaning bin to the collection bin through the evacuation passageway.

The pull handle allows the diver to create an airtight secure connection between the airway hose portions connected to the buoyancy compensator and inflator-regulator respectively. The secured connection is formed by providing a rotating locking mechanism that is also easily locked or unlocked by rotating the upper and lower portions of the pull handle in opposite directions.

The internal electrode layers contain Cu as a major component, the piezoelectric ceramic layers contain a compound oxide represented by Pb(Ti, Zr)O3 as a major component, and a metal oxide (Nb2O5, Sb2O5, Ta2O5, or WO3) containing Nb, Sb, Ta, or W, which is at least one of a pentavalent metal element and a hexavalent metal element, is incorporated in the piezoelectric ceramic layers such that the concentration of the metal oxide decreases with distance from the internal electrode layers. Thereby, even in a case where internal electrodes contain Cu as a major component, it is possible to provide a multilayer piezoelectric device which can be obtained by low-temperature firing while ensuring a sufficient piezoelectric constant.
