A stem exterior surface indent interacts with radially-biased spring-loaded slides to lock the stem in a second less depressed predetermined position for product filling through the stem down into the bag.

For retrieval of substance out of the container, a member of a flow control implement, such as pertaining to a faucet (60) for example, is introduced into the closure device. The introduction of the implement forces the lid open, and allows retrieval of substance out of the container.

The bowl or receptacle part of the stemware glasses rests solely onto the extending base sidearms. The base is attached perpendicularly to a hooking mechanism and is of a contiguous piece thereof. Abstract: A weapon sling for attaching a long weapon to a user (e.g., via a bullet-proof vest or the like) includes an elastic bungee cord wrapped with a nylon sheath, a connector for reversibly attaching the sling to the weapon secured to one end of the wrapped bungee cord, a quick release clip for reversibly attaching the sling to the user at the other end of the wrapped bungee cord, a pull tab attached to the quick release clip, and a polymer ball attached to the end of the pull tab. Applying tension to the ball opens the clip and releasing the tension closes the clip. The pull tab is designed to open the quick release clip with a single pulling action in almost any direction. The connector and quick release clip are fastened to the bungee using stainless steel ring snaps and an adhesive heat shrink. A tactical weapon attached to the user via the sling with the quick release clip can therefore easily and quickly be removed or attached to the user.

The circuit is positioned directly within the engine housing in order to prevent tampering or any other activity which would render the circuit inoperative or bypassed. Abstract: The subject invention provides a means of automatically detecting and recording a person's use of magazines, i.e. printed media exposure, for the purpose of market research. The present invention comprises one or more electrically conductive marker regions applied to certain specific locations on one or more magazine pages. In one general embodiment, the presence and relative separation of the marker regions are detected by a capacitive sensors and electronic device that stores, processes and communicates the data wirelessly to an external device. In another embodiment, a passive chip less tag is used to indirectly measure the change in conductivity of the conductive regions caused by prolonged exposure to air or light. Exemplary methods are described for acquiring readership and exposure data using the present invention.
