Abstract: The present invention is directed to a glove that provides protection for the fingernails of the wearer without reducing the flexibility in the remainder of the glove or reducing the wearer's manual dexterity or sense of touch. The glove comprises protector pads positioned in the fingernail regions on the inside of the glove to prevent the fingernails from contacting and rubbing or chafing against the inner surface of the glove. The protector pads can be made of a soft or smooth material so as not to scrape, abrade or otherwise damage the nails.

Abstract: A compression sport pant compliments the pelvic region and legs and supports the hamstring muscles of a wearer. A neoprene liner in the back of a leg portion and in contact with the associated leg of the wearer holds natural body heat next to the wearer's skin. A stretchable, relatively wide strap is wrapped around the leg portion over the liner when the garment is worn to apply additional support to the hamstring area.

Abstract: Protection for a body part of a user, such as a leg protection for a football player, comprising a stiff protective plate with a shape being adapted to the body part. This protective plate, which preferably is fiber reinforced, displays an outer surface arranged to be turned away from the user and an inner surface arranged to be turned facing the user. One or more shock absorbing elements, such as strips or cones, are arranged on the inner surface of the protective plate, along the periphery of the protective plate. Thereby a protection is achieved which has a low weight, is gentle to the skin and stays well in place.

Abstract: An article of clothing (14), such as shorts (2), shirts (7), leggings (10), arm sleeves (11), etc., having an outer layer of material (3) and an inner non-permeable liner (1) that either temporarily attaches to the outer layer by a temporary attachment means (15) or permanently attaches to the outer layer by a permanent attachment means (16). The inner non-permeable liner prevents topical creams applied to a user's skin from evaporating off of the user's skin. The inner non-permeable liner is available in different shapes to cover the different areas of the skin that patients have hair removed from. The outer layer is preferably made out of a material having elastomeric qualities that will ensure that the non-permeable liner is pressed firmly against the skin of a user. The outer perimeter (13) of the non-permeable liner may have a raised edge (4) and/or elastic (5) to ensure that the any cream applied to the skin of a user does not escape out of the sides of the non-permeable liner.

Abstract: The present invention describes a garment for use by post-operative patients. In one aspect of the garment, the invention provides a mechanism for securing post-operative drainage systems used to collect fluids generated in the body as a result of surgery. The processes print realistic tattoo designs that create the illusion that a wearer has a permanent tattoo on his or her skin. The processes may include printing a design on sublimation paper using dye sublimation ink, positioning the sublimation paper on a sheer fabric, and applying a high temperature, high pressure heat press to create a permanently dyed garment. The process may also include other inks such as, but not limited to, optic color ink and ultra-violet florescent ink. Additional embodiments include processes for printing images other than tattoos onto sheer fabrics, e.g., muscle definition, body paint, and branding. The products disclosed herein include hosiery and lingerie having realistic tattoo designs printed thereon.

Abstract: A disposable toilet bowl deodorizing includes a housing containing a fan and a deodorizing air filter. The device includes a mounting mechanism that attaches onto the rim of the toilet bowl with the device positioned on the inside of the toilet bowl. A sensor detects presence of a person on the toilet seat and activates a blower or fan which draws air from inside the toilet bowl through one side of the unit, through the deodorizing air filter, out an exhaust side of the unit and back into the toilet bowl. The device operates at least during the time a person is present on the seat and for a period of time after the person leaves the seat.

Abstract: A water saving toilet flush system to selectively practice a partial or a full flush at the selection of the user is disclosed. A partial flush operation is initiated by depressing the control handle to commence the flush to connect a magnet assembly and to simultaneously unseat an associated flapper valve. Then the control lever is lifted to uncouple the magnet assembly and allow a float assembly to control seating of the flapper valve. A full flush operation is initiated in the same manner the partial flush operation is initiated. However, the control lever is allowed to remain depressed, causing the magnet assembly to remain coupled until a water level is low enough to cause the flapper valve to uncouple the magnet assembly and to drop to a closed position completing the full flush cycle.

The flow system for bidets comprises a flow path change valve changing flow paths so that raw water flowing from a raw water supply unit flows through at least one out of a plurality of flow paths; a sterilizer coupled to an outlet side of the flow path change valve to generate nozzle-cleaning water containing an antibacterial and/or disinfectant substance from the fed raw water; a heating member coupled to the outlet side of the flow path change valve to heat the fed raw water; and a nozzle unit coupled to the sterilizer and the heating member, the nozzle unit having at least one nozzle installed therein for feeding nozzle-cleaning water or hot water. The flow system for bidets may be useful to improve the use efficiency of hot water and cold water since the raw water of adequate temperature may be feed to components of a bidet by disposing a flow path change valve in the front end of a heating member.

Embodiments provide heating and cooling to provide temperature regulation adapted for human comfort and/or therapeutic effects. Heating and cooling systems implemented with respect to cushioning systems are configured to provided desired temperature regulation for the cushioning system when in use while facilitating hygienic cleaning of the cushioning system. Cushioning structure is preferably adapted to be low weight and to facilitate desired temperature regulation while providing a structure which passively supports and cushions expected loads. Cushion media utilized according to embodiments is modular, such as may comprise a plurality of smaller blocks adapted to cooperate to form a larger cushioning structure.

The closure is formed with a zipper, of which the back is coated with polyurethane in order to seal the needle holes of the seams sewing zipper tapes and teeth together, and the gap between teeth is less than 0.01 mm to prevent dust mites from passing through it, and the width of the zipper chain is less than 4 mm. A patch coated with polyurethane is attached inwardly at the end of the zipper, where the zipper is closed, to prevent dust mites from passing through the zipper slider. The needle holes of the seams not only between cover fabrics but also between cover fabrics and zipper tapes of the closure are sealed with seam sealing tapes.
