With regard to footwear, the present invention is a shoe comprising this material allowing a wearer to adjust the point of attachment of closure straps on the exterior of the outer member of the shoe, thereby allowing every shoe wearer to wear the strap across the throat of the shoe at a different location. With regard to apparel, the present invention is a closure system comprising a single-ply hook and pile material in which the overlapped piece, or the exterior piece attaches to the underlapped piece, or the interior piece that provides the wearer with the ability to customize the fitting of the apparel, including the tightness of the apparel around an individual.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a garment worn during different stages of pregnancy and different stages of postpartum body changes. A garment upper portion has a belly panel that is expansible to cover and fit over a growing abdomen during different stages of pregnancy, and a garment lower portion having a first torso encircling circumference that recedes downward to make way for expansion of the belly panel. The garment upper portion has a second torso encircling circumference to hold the garment up and in place over the torso.

Abstract: A garment, such as a woman's slip, that includes a skirt portion weighted so as to induce tension into the garment when worn by a wearer standing erect. The skirt portion is weighted by securing one or more concentrated tensioning weights to the skirt portion proximate its bottom. The tension induced into the garment by the concentrated tensioning weight(s) inhibits the garment from riding-up on the wearer. The amount of weight provided by the concentrated tensioning weights and the location of the tensioning weights on the skirt can be carefully selected to minimize swinging, for example, while walking and climbing stairs.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a sports helmet with a clamp that secures an elongated strap of a chin protector assembly against the helmet. The clamp includes a main body having an opening, a finger and a receiver that is positioned between the opening and the finger. The clamp may also include a strengthening insert that extends longitudinally within the clamp. In a secured position, the main body is coupled to the helmet by both a fastener extending through the opening and the finger inserted into an aperture of the helmet. An extent of the chin strap is securedly positioned between the helmet and the receiver. In the secured position, an inner surface of the chin strap member is in contact with an outer surface of the helmet and an outer surface of the chin strap is in contact with the receiver. The receiver includes a plurality of gripping members that engage an outer surface of the chin strap in the secured position.

The seal portion is adapted to seal against the face of a wearer of the goggles via a face contact surface. The face contact surface is preformed to follow substantially the contours of the wearer's face around the wearer's eye socket, so that little force between the seal portion and the wearer's face is required to achieve sealing. The face contact surface may be preformed in accordance with the average wearer from a demographic group or preformed bespoke for the wearer.

A method of manufacturing the cup is also disclosed.

Abstract: An adjustable toilet support designed to be installed under wall mounted toilets in order to increase their load bearing capacities is disclosed. The toilet support comprises a base which rests on the floor below the toilet, a sleeve surrounding an upper portion of the base, and a contact member that contacts the underside of the toilet bowl. The sleeve and swivel ball are height adjustable with respect to the base by means of a support rod connected to the contact member and threaded into a nut contained inside the base. The support rod has an upper ball that fits within a socket under the contact member. The contact member may be in the shape of a swivel ball having a generally spherical side surface that contacts and holds the upper rim of the sleeve. During installation, the toilet support is positioned under the toilet, and the base is rotated while the sleeve, contact member and support rod are held against rotation, which causes the contact member to rise and contact the toilet bowl.

The invention also provides a magnetic sink strainer made of a magnetized material to provide a magnetic field. The magnetic sink strainer is firmly placed over a standard sink drain and functions to capture and retain objects that are attracted by a force as a result of being subjected to the magnetic field. This prevents such objects from accidentally being discarded into the sink drain. The magnetic sink strainer also includes at least one slit to enable fluids and other non-magnetic substances to easily and rapidly flow down to the sink drain.

Abstract: A dual flush refill device refills a bowl of a siphonic toilet with adequate supply of refill water in response to either a full or partial flush without wasting the refill water. The device provides a relatively high flow rate of refill water from a refill tube to an overflow tube in response to a partial flush, and a relatively low rate of refill water from the refill tube to the overflow tube in response to a full flush. As a result, the toilet bowl is refilled with a substantially similar volume of refill water regardless of which flush option is selected.

Abstract: A blower system in a booth including a hollow base, an internal space, and an air outlet is disclosed and includes at least one blower assembly in the base, each blower assembly including a heating element and a motor driven fan; and a pipe assembly communicating with both the base and the space. In response to activating the at least one blower assembly, the fan of each blower assembly is adapted to blow ambient air past the hot heating element for heating the air, and the hot air is adapted to enter the space through the pipe assembly. An occupant can relax in a heat environment.

By placement of the first hose and second hose in proximity to provide thermal contact therebetween, stagnant water in one hose at ambient temperature exchanges heat with water flow at a particular temperature in a second hose to change stagnant water temperature towards the temperature of the water flow.

The seat cushion warms up the user's hip after the user is seated. The water supply unit is driven by the control unit via the control panel of the outer shell unit to clean the anal part of the user directly after evacuation to have the waste solely collected in the waste storing unit. The apparatus has the additional convenient function that the lifting unit can lifts the seat cushion gradually to help push the user to stand up from the seat cushion after evacuation.

The plurality of flow channels also includes downward flow channels configured for directing wash liquid from the reservoir to a central drain following the spin cycle. The arrangement avoids the need for an outer wash tub, and at the same time provides stabilization to the wash basin during high speed spins. In another aspect, the wash basin may include wash action ramps provided on a bottom surface of the wash basin and at an upper sidewall of the wash basin.
