The cover panels can overlap each other in the closed position to contain papers of a predetermined size therebetween. One or more superimposed pocket panels can be coupled to an inside of the first cover panel to define overlapping pockets dimensioned to hold the papers. The pocket panels can have first edge portions that define openings to the pockets, and the first edge portions can be staggered. The pocket panels may include an outermost pocket panel with an additional coupled edge. A labeling member can be provided that is associated with each pocket panel and configured for displaying identification information. The labeling members can extend beyond papers held in the pockets and can comprise tabs that can be staggered from each other.

A hinge arrangement comprising at least two and preferably three parts is provided between one of the side walls and one of the end walls to allow the partially formed container to be moved easily between a flat configuration suitable for transportation or storage and an erect configuration for receiving a food product. In the erect configuration one part of the hinge arrangement is sandwiched between another part of hinge arrangement and the end wail. In the flat configuration these two parts of the hinge arrangement lie in substantially the same plane. An integral lid may be provided.

Abstract: A reclosable package for a plurality of products is described herein. The reclosable package includes an adhesive-based fastener that utilizes a low tack adhesive and pivotably connected first and second compartments, each compartment configured to receive the plurality of products therein. The adhesive-based fastener includes opposing portions of resealable adhesive on interior surfaces of the first and second compartments respectively, so that the interior surfaces can be pivoted together to close the reclosable package.

The checking unit transmits, when it is determined that the commodity is subjected to the sales limitation, data for checking whether a limit condition is satisfied and determines whether data of completion of the check is returned. The settlement processing unit inhibits shift to settlement processing for the commodity subjected to the sales limitation and enables, when the checking unit determines that the data of the completion of the check is received, the shift to the settlement processing for the commodity and subjects the commodity to the settlement processing.

The chip carrier package and the first conductive lead are coupled to a first side of a first spacer. A second spacer having a second dielectric constant greater than the first dielectric constant is coupled to a second side of the first spacer. The second spacer isolates the RFID circuit from a metal surface.

The building monitoring and controlling device monitors an air conditioning facility in a building where the building monitoring and controlling device itself is installed, and transmits operation data on the air conditioning facility to the remote controller. The remote controller calculates each operation setting value based on each set of operation data, and transmits the calculated operation setting value to the building monitoring and controlling device corresponding to the calculated operation setting value.

Abstract: An internal thermostat for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle includes a thermostat housing, a rotary valve and a bimetallic, temperature sensitive element. The thermostat housing is attached to an internal flow aperture of the transmission to be controlled. The rotary valve is moveable between an open position and a closed position in response to a temperature of oil, thereby controlling oil flow through the internal flow aperture of the transmission. The bimetallic temperature-sensitive element is attached to the rotary valve and operative to control an angular position of the valve as a function of the temperature of the surrounding oil. The bimetallic, temperature-sensitive element may be shaped like a coil. Alternatively, the bimetallic, temperature-sensitive element may be shaped like a substantially linear strip.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to fuel injectors that provide efficient injection, ignition, and combustion of various types of fuels. One example of such an injector can include a sensor that detects one or more conditions in the combustion chamber. The injector can also include an acoustical force generator or modifier that is responsive to the sensor and can be configured to (a) induce vibrations in the fuel in the injector body and/or in the combustion chamber, (b) induce vibrations in air in the combustion chamber, (c) induce vibrations in a valve driver or other injector component to actuate a flow valve, and/or (d) control patterning of fuel injected into the combustion chamber.

Abstract: The present invention provides a delivery system for providing an atomized treatment agent like a cleaner or lubricant to a specific internal location of a closed mechanical system like an internal combustion engine. The atomized treatment agent is delivered via a flexible, non-rigid conduit to the desired internal location of the engine between, e.g., the ID/OD coupling joint between the air inlet hose and the throttle body. A special conduit support guide, the end of which is inserted through the ID/OD coupling joint, provides the proper geometry for gently configuring the conduit to enter the ID/OD coupling joint without crimping and controlling the directional approach and distance of the conduit free end inside the engine.

Abstract: Various spray devices are presented for mixing two media. A device can include a housing, a first supply line for supplying a first medium, a second supply line for supplying a second medium, and a flow channel leading to a nozzle. The first and second media, for example, a gas and a liquid, respectively, can be mixed in various ways. Following such mixing, the mixed media are guided to an outlet nozzle or bore, and ejected. Using injection molding techniques, very fine grooves can be made in an exemplary spray nozzle device, by appropriately fashioning an injection mold. By carefully controlling the size, shape and dimensions of such grooves, and the pressures at which the two media are fed to the spray nozzle device, a correct ratio of air to liquid can be precisely maintained, which is key to obtaining a desired spray or foam as to droplet size, droplet speed, and type of spray, mist or foam.

Abstract: For transport of granulate from a granulation tank by means of liquid and air, an ejector is provided with a side inlet for granulate, a first end with a spray nozzle for pressurized transport liquid, and a second end with an inlet for pressurized gas. Downstream from the second end, an outlet spray nozzle for a three-phase flow of liquid, granulate, and gas is provided. A first conduit has a lower end connected with the outlet for transport of the three-phase flow. The ejector includes a tubular ejector housing with an internal wear liner and an outlet spray nozzle made from a durable material. The inlet for pressurized gas includes a ring-shaped chamber that surrounds the periphery of the ejector and is connected with the inside of the ejector through a ring-shaped slit that directs the pressurized gas towards the outlet of the ejector.

Abstract: A mobile sprayer is provided for spraying through difficult terrain found in aquatic environments. The sprayer includes an amphibious vehicle equipped with a spray tank, a pump assembly connected to the spray tank, a plurality of spray nozzles, and a controller for selectively supplying fluid from the pump assembly to the spray nozzles. The sprayer has a rugged frame and boom assembly that allows multiple configurations of the sprayer to match the terrain in the environment to be sprayed. The controller is operable to individually operate multiple spray zones in each configuration of the sprayer so that any one spray zone or combination of spray zones can be covered during a spraying operation. The controller also includes a GPS receiver for providing path guidance to the sprayer, mapping of the area sprayed, and automatic adjustment of pressure at the spray nozzles based on speed for maintaining precise chemical application rates.

Abstract: The present invention provides an irrigation system that allows user to input two soil moisture levels, i.e., the Dry Value and the Wet Value, by conducting a manual watering cycle, i.e., turning on the valves through a Controller when the soil needs watering and turning off the valves when the soil is sufficiently wet. The Controller keeps the soil moisture between the Dry and Wet Values by automatically turning on the valves when the soil moisture reaches the Dry Value, and turning off the valves when soil moisture reaches the Wet Value, at the user-determined desirable watering time periods of the day. In larger areas, the ground could be divided into multiple zones. The Controller could apply different Dry and Wet Values to different zones. The system's simplicity is further enhanced by the solar powered wireless moisture sensors.

Abstract: An overhead shower with LCD, has a water outlet device connected with the main body of the shower. A hydroelectric device and a thermistance are disposed in the main body. A display module connected with one side of the main body has a circuit board and an LCD screen which are electrically connected with the hydroelectric device and the thermistance. When water flows into the main body, the hydroelectric device supplies power for display module, and the thermistance transmits the temperature information to the display module, so that the temperature is shown on the LCD screen. Therefore the outflow temperature is shown on the LCD screen so that the user can clearly read the outflow temperature of the shower.

Water sprinkled out from the water outlet of the rotary waterfall shower can be dynamically rotated to form gainly clusters of spiral waterfall water blooms, and the shower has the effect of gentle massage.

Abstract: An air spray gun is used to blow dry a painted surface of cold baked coating, wherein an air-taking ring in a shape of an annular air chamber is formed after screwing a front tube with a rear tube in the air spray gun, and a gap size of the air-taking ring can be changed by rotating the front tube, to control air blow rate as required. Through a position-limiting slot formed at the front tube, and a position-limiting element assembled at the rear tube, when the gap size of the air-taking ring is adjusted, the rotation of the front tube is properly restricted. In addition, by screwing the front tube with the rear tube, functions of disassembling and cleaning can be achieved.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method of constructing a stationary wear-resistant stationary nozzle 200 and/or nozzle liner 230 for solid fueled furnaces. A transition section 210 is constructed from several flat pieces 211-218 several that may have identical starting shapes. This reduces manufacturing complexity and costs. All pieces 211-218 have a high-wear weld overlay on their inner surface 316, 416. Corner pieces 215-218 are folded into a corner shape at an outlet edge 412 and rolled into a curved shape at an inlet edge 411. Horizontal 211, 212 and vertical pieces 213, 214 are only rolled at an inlet edge 311. The pieces have seam tab 240 along longitudinal edges that are welded together to construct a transition section 210. The transition section 210 may be used as a liner to reduce wear in an existing stationary nozzle or may be constructed to be connected to an inlet piece 220 to form a strong, wear-resistant coal nozzle 200.

Abstract: A system, in certain embodiments, includes a spray device including a frame having a receptacle configured to receive a self-contained spray can. The spray device further includes a first conductive element configured to contact the self-contained spray can, and a first electrical conductor extending between the first conductive element and an earth ground such that a first electrical potential of the self-contained spray can is substantially equal to a second electrical potential of the earth ground while the self-contained spray can is in contact with the first conductive element. The spray device also includes a corona-charging electrode positioned adjacent to a spray nozzle of the self-contained spray can. The corona-charging electrode is configured to emit a stream of ions toward the self-contained spray can such that a spray of fluid from the spray nozzle passes through the stream of ions and becomes electrostatically charged.

Abstract: A multi-functional galley unit suitable for aircraft is disclosed. The galley unit includes two display compartments for food and other items (such as glasses) positioned above a bench top. Each display compartment comprises a main section in the form of a rear cabinet and a front door that can be swung between a closed orientation for storing items and an opened orientation in which the items are displayed and passengers can select and remove items from the compartments as desired. When the doors are in the closed position, cabin crew have full access to the bench top to assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
