Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) and to a method associated with an assembly mechanism for a rotor system of an axial turbo engine having a central tension anchor, as is particularly known from engine technology. To this end, the invention provides a tensioning tool that pre-tensions or biases the tension anchor prior to and during the insertion of the anchor into the compound rotor assembly. After inserting the biased tension anchor in the compound rotor assembly, the tension anchor is relaxed, whereby the anchor exercises a compressive force on the compound rotor assembly. According to a preferred embodiment, the compound rotor assembly is also biased (compressed) and relaxed after assembling the tension anchor, so that a desired nominal bias Sigmanominal can be particularly easily achieved. For use as a drywall knife, the blade has a continuous edge and a thicker central body that presents discontinuous “points” or edge bodies to the workpiece along the sides of a the cut made by the continuous edge, designed to push apart the paper cover or sheath on the drywall as it makes a cut, and to keep the blade rolling freely as it makes a cut. A tape measure can optionally be incorporated into a rounded handle portion.

Abstract: A trimmer head assembly and the method of configuring the trimmer head assembly. The trimmer head assembly has a housing that attaches to a string trimmer machine. A spool is provided inside the housing. The spool rotates about an axis of rotation. The spool can move longitudinally along the axis of rotation between a first position and a second position. A ratcheting mechanism is provided between the trimmer head housing and the spool. When the spool is in its first position, the ratcheting mechanism enables the spool to continuously rotate about the axis of rotation in the direction opposite that in which the trimmer head assembly spins. The ratchet mechanism also prevents the spool from rotating within the housing in the same direction in which the trimmer head is spinning.

Abstract: A container (1) having a removable lid (3) for holding a shaving razor (6) and a liquid solution (7), preferably of water and alcohol. The lid has an opening (4) for accepting the head (5) of a shaving razor (6). A gasket (10) located around the opening seals the container and prevents the liquid solution from evaporating. Measurement lines (8) located on the perimeter wall (2) of the container indicate how much liquid solution to place in the container. A shaving razor may be placed into the container through the opening and the gasket so that the head of the razor with the blade cartridge is submerged in the alcohol and water solution and the handle of the razor extends out of the lid through the opening and the gasket, which forms a seal around the handle (9), thereby helping to prevent the liquid solution from evaporating.

Abstract: An elastic heel of the high-heeled shoes comprises a heel and a base layer. A flat-crouched elastic sheet provides its first portion to stretchingly form on a top end of the hollow or solid heel and its second portion to correspondingly rivet on an end section of the base layer via some rivets penetrating through holes and apertures, thence allowing an elastic space with a short interstice for a reciprocal movement to be defined therebetween. Whereby, a pressure caused by contacting the bottom of the heel with the ground could be directly transferred to the flat-crouched elastic sheet fixed on the top end thereof, therefore the compression of the sheet provides a cushion effect for absorbing shocks and preventing impact via the reliance generated therefrom.
