Abstract: A remote fueling system is provided. The system comprises a wellbore servicing equipment unit comprising an internal combustion engine, a fuel tank coupled to the internal combustion engine, a fuel distribution channel, a fuel level sensor component, a fuel level indicator, and a fuel level indicator control box. The wellbore servicing equipment is mounted on a trailer upon which the wellbore servicing equipment is transported to the wellbore. The fuel level sensor component senses a fuel level inside the fuel tank. The fuel level indicator indicates a fuel level status of the fuel tank to remote fueling personnel at a standoff distance. The fuel level indicator control box is coupled to the fuel level sensor component and to the fuel level indicator and commands the indication presented by the fuel level indicator based on the fuel level inside the fuel tank sensed by the fuel level sensor component.

Abstract: The system for monitoring a liquid level in an underground storage tank provides an external visual indication of a liquid level, such as water level, within a sealed underground storage tank. The system includes an ultrasonic transducer for generating regularly pulsed ultrasonic signals and for receiving reflected ultrasonic signals, which are reflected from a surface of the liquid stored in the underground storage tank. A pulser connected to a timer is in communication with the ultrasonic transducer for generating regularly pulsed ultrasonic signals. The timer is further used to measure the time period between generation of one of the pulsed ultrasonic signals and reception of the corresponding reflected ultrasonic wave. The height between the ultrasonic transducer and the liquid surface is then calculated based upon the measured time period. The liquid level is then displayed to the user on an external display.

Abstract: Dual piezoresistive transducers formed into a single silicon die, are anodically bonded to a pedestal. Two separate pressure ports extend through a plastic housing. The port openings inside the housing are surrounded by a groove having a shape and size that accepts the pedestal. A thin, liquid adhesive is deposited into the groove and allowed to level out. The pedestal is placed into the adhesive and embeds itself therein. Adhesive overflow into the ports is avoided by dimensioning the groove and depositing an amount of adhesive that will fill the groove but not overflow when the pedestal is placed therein. Once the adhesive cures, the adhesive bond strength is greater due to the adhesive being in shear relative to the groove side walls and pedestal sidewalls. The grooved structure provides an apparatus and methodology for precise die mounting and media sealing.
