The side bead unit has a side bead and a resilient member mounted to outside of the side bead. The side bead has a neck and a flange. A core is located in the space and has bottom bead holes and a keyhole which communicates with the bottom bead holes which communicate with the top bead holes. Each of the bottom bead holes has a stepped portion formed therein which is located corresponding to the flange of the side bead. The depth of each of the stepped portions is not larger than the total length of the neck and the flange.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 23, 2013Publication date: October 24, 2013Inventor: TIEN-KAO LIU

Publication number: 20130276494Abstract: A solid urea fertilizer prepared by mixing a solid, flowable, urea formaldehyde polymer with a urea source, such as molten or solid urea to form a fertilizer that has favorable crush strength characteristics, low biuret content, and/or desirable storage and handling properties. The urea fertilizer may contain additionally, an aqueous urea formaldehyde solution or mixture. Optionally, the fertilizer may contain a urease inhibitor and/or a nitrification inhibitor.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 14, 2013Publication date: October 24, 2013Inventor: Allen R. Sutton

Publication number: 20130276495Abstract: A dry flowable additive for aqueous urea-based fertilizers made of solid urea formaldehyde polymer (UFP), N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide (NBPT), and, optionally, dicyandiamide (DCD), wherein the liquid fertilizer containing the additive provides reduced nitrogen loss from the soil. Optionally, the dry additive may also be blended with molten or solid urea to form a solid urea-based fertilizer with reduced nitrogen loss from the soil.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 14, 2013Publication date: October 24, 2013Inventors: Allen R. Publication number: 20130276497Abstract: When roll-forming a blank into a profile having varying width and upright sides, the vertical position of at least any one of the forming roll pairs (21, 22; 23, 24) is varied 5 on either side during the roll-forming operation while the lateral and rotational positions thereof are simultaneously varied. The profile can thus be given a flat bottom during the roll-forming operation itself.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 21, 2011Publication date: October 24, 2013Inventor: Lars Ingvarsson

Publication number: 20130276498Abstract: The object is to provide a method of detecting a fault which ensures high-accuracy detection of a fault in piercing-rolling. A piercing-rolling mill 10 is provided with piercer rolls 1a, 1b, a piercer plug 3, a rolling load sensor 4, a thrust load sensor 5, and a control device 6. The control device 6 measures a rolling load parameter corresponding to the rolling load of the piercer rolls 1a, 1b and a thrust load parameter corresponding to the thrust load of the piercer plug 3, and detects a fault in piercing-rolling on the basis of a measured value of the rolling load parameter and a measured value of the thrust load parameter.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 1, 2011Publication date: October 24, 2013Applicant: Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd.Inventor: Masakazu Fujiwara
