Abstract: The present invention and related disclosure describes greeting cards with moving elements or devices which are operable to create motion in connection with some portion of the greeting card. The greeting card may include a multi-panel greeting card body or a three-dimensional foam greeting card body. At least one movable object is contained upon or within the greeting card body. A sound module having at least one pre-recorded digital audio file saved therein and a motor module are contained and concealed within the greeting card body. One or more switches may be used to activate the sound and motor modules, causing the pre-recorded audio file to play and causing movement of the movable or mobile object. This movement may be up-and-down or “bouncing” motion, spinning or rotational motion, side-to-side motion or any other reciprocating motion.

Abstract: The secure license plate holder is specific to the vehicle to which it is assigned, having the vehicle identification number (VIN) permanently disposed on the holder. The holder is secured with tamperproof security fasteners requiring specialized tools for installation and removal. The license plate is also secured to the holder with tamperproof security fasteners. Decorative covers are installed over the fastener heads to prevent misinterpretation of the head as a part of the alphanumeric characters on the license plate and to indicate tampering. The holder includes an embedded SIM (subscriber identity module) chip, and the vehicle has a corresponding chip installed therein. Thus, removal of the plate and holder requires removal of part of the vehicle structure in order to avoid obvious damage to the fasteners and their covers.

The web portion (13) permits the second body portion (14) to be pivoted relative to the first body portion (12). The tag (10,100) further comprises a drive member (26,126) projecting from the first body portion (12). The drive member (26,126) has a drive surface (32,132) adapted to be driven, in use, by a tag loading mechanism of a tag applicator. A lock (16,22) is also provided on the tag (10,100) to lock the free ends of the first and second body portions (12,14) together after application. The drive member (26,126) may also include a fixing surface (36,136) for fixing the second body portion (14) at a chosen angle relative to the first body portion (12) prior to application of the tag (10,100) to an item.

The wing shaped can pull tab can be detached from the can and stored in a pocket without causing injury because of its smooth round edges and compactness. The wing shaped can pull tab is large enough that it does not fall into the can when detached and create injury or choking hazard. The wing shaped can pull tab has a U shaped lift end that accommodates the insertion of a finger to lift the tab to actuate the opening of a can more easily. The contoured U shaped lift end of the wing shaped can pull tab also accommodates the septum of the nose to allow consumption of the beverage from the can without having to tilt the head too far back.

Abstract: The external elevator/advertising board for buildings includes an elevator carriage riding on a track assembly on at least one side of a building. Each elevator carriage is defined by an elongate, open box frame having a control console mounted to a floor panel. A power assembly is operatively connected to the control console at the bottom of the elevator carriage. Operation of the console facilitates selective raising and lowering of the elevator carriage at select speeds along a side of the building to a select level for cleaning, maintenance, and emergency evacuation. A front panel of the box frame is disposed at an angle angled towards the ground. The front panel displays advertisements for maximum exposure to traffic around the building.

The shared space divider comprises a hub that is placed on a portion of a surface, and at least one partitioning structure coupled to a portion of the hub. The at least one partitioning structure comprises a separator configured to partition the surface into two or more sections. The separator has a ribbon structure, an accordion structure, or a fan structure. The at least one partitioning structure is configured to extend from and retract into or, alternatively, fold out from and fold into the hub. In some embodiments, the shared space divider comprises at least one container for holding items commonly found on the surface. In other embodiments, the shared space divider comprises a clip for attaching to documents. Yet, in other embodiments, images such as advertisements are displayed on at least one of the separator and the hub.

Abstract: A bulletin for use on a mounting structure. The bulletin includes a sheet having a front surface for receiving an image and a rear surface and an outer periphery for extending around the outer surface. A strengthening strip is secured to one of the front surface and the rear surface along at least a portion of the outer periphery for inhibiting damage to the outer periphery when extending around the outer surface of the mounting structure. A billboard assembly, a method of forming a bulletin, and method of mounting a bulletin on a billboard structure are also provided.

First and second elongated rods prevent the display assembly from bending or flapping. The display assembly displays matter housed between the first and second transparent or translucent walls. An extension post assembly has third and fourth ends, and at least one tension arm.

Abstract: A spacer assembly for mounting a sign to a wall includes proximal and distal spacer members. The proximal spacer member includes a barrel and a coaxial coupling shaft extended distally from the barrel. The distal spacer member includes a distal barrel and a recess extending into the barrel and sized to slidably and rotatably receive the coupling shaft. A threaded stud extends proximally from the proximal barrel, and a distal threaded stud extends distally from the distal barrel. Each stud is removably threaded into its associate barrel. The distal member barrel supports a radially oriented set screw, movable toward and away from an advanced position in which the screw engages the coupling shaft to integrally secure the barrels. The spacer assembly allows the sign to be detached from the wall while leaving in place the studs coupled to the sign and wall.

Abstract: A customizable display and method for selectively and securely displaying important information, such as a sign for use in healthcare environments. The display includes a cover and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes a frame, which supports a plurality of tracks, and a plurality of slides positioned on the tracks. The slides receive interchangeable indicia plates, which bear the important information wherein the slides are positioned behind the cover to selectively display the interchangeable indicia plates. The frame defines a locking channel for receiving a locking system having at least one elongate locking member for cooperating with a slide coupling to secure the slides in the extended or concealed position. The slides are biased in the concealed and extended positions and the locking system is obscured by the cover to prevent unauthorized or accidental movement of the slides to alter the displayed information.

A portion of the lens contacts a first wall of the at least one vertical wall and a first inner wall of the at least one inner wall. The backplate is secured to the bracket via at least one fastener. Abstract: A recipient verification system including a band having a base, a strap, and a closure device. The base defines a band identification portion for displaying a recipient identifier. The strap extends from the base, and the closure device is attached to the base opposite the strap. First and second slots are formed through the band. In a primary worn state, the strap is looped about a recipient's appendage and secured to the base via the closure device independent of the slots. In a replacement worn state, the base is severed from a majority of the strap and is secured to the recipient's appendage by a secondary band assembled through the slots.

Mounted to the bottom of the housing inside the enclosure is a spring-actuated setting axle and setting bar combination that is movable between a tripped position and a set position by manipulation of a setting handle positioned outside the enclosure. When the setting axle is moved to the set position, the door opening gear mechanism causes the door to open while tensioning a torsional door spring. A trip latch and bait pedal are configured to operate together to secure the setting bar in the set position, with subsequent movement of the bait pedal by a mouse serving to release the trip latch. When the trap is thereby triggered, the setting bar moves to the tripped position where it both activates the killing mechanism and releases the door opening gear mechanism.

Solar panel racks may include one, two, or more solar rack sections that may be connected to one another with an internal splice. The internal splice may internally support the adjoining solar racks. The solar rack may be secured to a support surface using one or more feet. The solar panel racks may be configured to support the weight of one or more solar modules. One or more solar module securing component may be used to secure the solar modules to a solar rack surface.

Abstract: The present invention is premised upon a through-roof connector assembly comprising one or more photovoltaic building sheathing elements capable of being affixed on a building structure, the photovoltaic building sheathing element including a sheathing element electrical connector along a sheathing element peripheral edge; a through-roof connector edge piece assembly that abuts a portion of the photovoltaic building sheathing element and includes: a body portion, an edge piece electrical connector, one or more wire leads that are connected on one end to the edge piece electrical connector; a wire guiding member with at least one conduit hole, the wire guiding member located under the through-roof connector edge piece assembly when assembled; and an under-roof junction device that is removably connected to the wire guiding member.
