Abstract: The present invention is directed to a golf shirt with two laterally-opposed textile bands affixed thereto that are less stretchable than a textile used to construct the torso portion and the shoulder portion of the shirt. A first end of each band is adhered to a skirt of the collar portion, and a second end is adhered to a free end of the shirt. One side of the length of the pair of bands is adhered to the shirt at each point between the first and second end. When the shirt is worn by a person, and the person addresses a golf ball (e.g., extends his arms in front of his body and/or partially clasps his hands together around a golf club), the textile used to construct the bands pulls the sleeve portion away from the wearer and/or decreases a movement associated with the sleeve portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is an outer garment having a jacket with a hood commonly known as a “hoodie”. The hood has a primary opening for a user's face when the hood is raised over the user's head. A secondary opening allows for an object to extend through the secondary opening. An opening in the rear of the hood allows for a bill of cap to extend through the hood, or a pony tail of a user to extend through the hood; openings on the sides of the hood permit headphones to be placed against the user's ears for enhanced listening when the hood is raised.

Abstract: Insta-Hood is a hood that can be worn on any shirt, jacket or other suitable garment. The invention is a removable hood that is held in place by a non-permanent, reusable attachment means. The design can be constructed from any desired garment material. There may be an additional inch of fabric around the bottom perimeter of the hood, and a series of fasteners on this fabric. A user can remove the hood as desired, and may reuse it any number of times. A person can also easily switch between different hoods to change the look of a garment.

The volume reduction arrangement includes a first strap that crosses a second strap, a first strap adjustment member, and a second strap adjustment member. The first strap adjustment member is coupled to a right side of the torso portion. A first portion of the first strap is coupled to a left side of the torso portion, and a second portion of the first strap engages the first strap adjustment member on the right side of the torso portion. The second strap adjustment member is coupled to the shell on the left side of the torso portion. In one embodiment, the material memory causes the stiffener to assume a pre-determined shape, to temporarily deform without breaking the stiffener when force is applied to the stiffener, and to reassume the pre-determined shape. In one embodiment, an end of the stiffener provides a substantially smooth surface to prevent abrasion.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to garments for supporting leg guards and configured to be worn over at least a portion of a leg of a user. Garments may include an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer extends away from a lower portion of a user's leg and encloses an interior. The inner layer may be disposed within the interior of the outer layer and secured to the outer layers proximate the lower portion of the leg of the user. In some examples, the outer layer and the inner layer cooperate to define a sheath sized to receive at least a portion of a leg guard. Some examples define socks for supporting soccer shin guards. Some examples define leg protecting garments including leg guards removably disposed at least partially within sheaths.

A malleable forming member, enveloped by a covering material, allows the device to be folded over the edge of a hat brim and the brim formed to the desired curvature. The covering material that envelops the forming member provides a finished appearance to the device and may be comprised of textiles in any color or texture, so it may be interchanged with other devices to suit the appearance of the hat or its wearer.

Abstract: Helmet padding systems are disclosed. One helmet padding system includes a baseball cap and a spacing pad. The baseball cap has a body portion and a brim portion. The cap includes a pair of side portions extending downward from the cap body below a point at which the brim portion meets the body portion. Abstract: A sunshade that attaches and separates easily from a safety helmet or hat is disclosed. The shading shield is very close to the face, almost touching it. Its position is fully adjustable. There is therefore less sun exposure while riding a ski lift chair or waiting in the direct rays of the sun while waiting to perform a sport. The invention is worn while waiting in the sun to perform a sport like snow-skiing, snowboarding, motorcycle riding, etc. It is not meant to be worn on the helmet or hat while actually performing the sport.

Abstract: A toilet bowl lid actuated linkage toilet flushing system wherein a conventional toilet-flushing flapper is actuated by a drain pull chain controlled relative to the positioning of the toilet bowl lid to the toilet. The toilet bowl lid must be moved from an upward position to a downward position to flush the toilet, which a magnetic plastic ribbon actuator mechanism is provided for completion of the toilet flush even when the toilet bowl lid remains in the downward position. Movement of the lid actuates a magnetic flush pull of a plastic ribbon that is linked to a drain pull chain connected to the flapper. An alternate version of the toilet bowl lid actuated linkage toilet flushing system is compatible with flushometer toilets and enables an opening and closing of a valve controlling outflow of a pressurized water source.

The apparatus may be received within a standard bathtub, and one or more apertures disposed in the walls of the apparatus permit water to freely pass and flow between the apparatus the standard bathtub. In this way, the apparatus does not need to be separately filled with water in order to be used. Abstract: A wall mounted headboard capable of storing and deploying a spring loaded table. The apparatus is comprised of a headboard pivotally connected to a first table section and assisted by a plurality of gas springs. The first table section is pivotally hinged to a second table section. The hinges between the table sections are hidden thus the table surface is free from anything disturbing a smooth surface. The weight of the second table section is offset by a plurality of torsion spring assemblies. The torsion spring assemblies are comprised of a torsion spring slidingly engaged in brackets mounted to each table section. The torsion spring assemblies allow a single user to move the second table section easily with minimal effort whether deploying or storing the table. The operation of storing or deploying the table can be performed from either side of the bed without walking around to the opposite side.

Abstract: A positioning device includes a planar sheet having first and second side edges and a top surface. A patient is positioned on the top surface where the first and second side edges are adjacent to the patient's legs. A first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate are coupled to the respective first and second side edge of the sheet and are capable of wrapping around an adjacent leg of the patient creating a wrapped engagement. This wrapped engagement of the patient's legs prevents heat loss during pre-surgery, surgery, post-surgery or transport of the patient. Handles coupled to the sheet may be utilized for lifting or moving the sheet when the patient is supported by the sheet.

Abstract: A camp bed frame includes two bed bearing tubes and two pillow tubes alternately arranged and forming a rectangular closed frame. At least one of the two bed bearing tubes has a retractable and localizable bed bearing monotube. The entire bed frame can be assembled with fittings that do not require tools for assembly and thus, the bed frame can be assembled easily by the user by simply sliding or snapping the components together. The sun towel is round in shape, and comes equipped with built-in pockets sewn in between the top-side of towel and backing; fit to encapsulate removable waterproof storage pouches. Built-in grommets allow the towel to be secured into the ground with plastic spikes. The towel can be rolled and folded to fit into any carry-all.

More particularly, the present invention provides a dyeing composition comprising an ether-based nonionic surfactant, an ether-based oil and alcohol. The dyeing composition according to the present invention comprises the ether-based nonionic surfactant, the ether-based oil and the alcohol, forms a multi-lamellar liquid crystal structure, allows for ease of material application and maintains excellent color formation, and particularly, mitigates pungent smell, eye irritation and the like.

In this embodiment, the first ramp member is rotatably coupled to the vertical portion of the hitch mount.
