Abstract: A method for performing chamber-to-chamber matching includes receiving a voltage and a current measured at an output of an RF generator of a first plasma system. The method further includes calculating a sum of terms. The first term is a first product of a coefficient and a function of the voltage. The second term is a second product of a coefficient and a function of the current. The third term is a third product of a coefficient, a function of the voltage, and a function of the current. The method further includes determining the sum to be the etch rate associated with the first plasma system and adjusting power output from an RF generator of a second plasma system to achieve the etch rate associated with the first plasma system.

Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) driving circuit structure includes a surge absorber unit, a voltage suppression unit connected to the surge absorber unit, a rectifier unit electrically connected to the voltage suppression unit, a control chip connected to a fourth junction of the rectifier unit, and an impedance unit connected to the control chip. The LED driving circuit structure is installed on an LED light circuit board having a plurality of LEDs mounted thereon. According to the sinusoidal wave form of the alternating current (AC) supplied to the LEDs as well as the number and layout of the LEDs on the LED light circuit board, the LED driving circuit structure controls the current flowing through the LEDs to vary with changes of supply voltage, so as to enable effectively increased power factor and reduced harmonics, as well as effectively lowered manufacturing and material costs.

Abstract: A two-level LED security light is operated with a motion sensor. When an electric power is supplied, the LED security light is turned on for a low level illumination. When the motion sensor detects any intrusion, the LED security light is switched from the low level illumination to a high level illumination for a short duration time to scare away the intruder. After the short duration time, the LED security light returns to the low level illumination for saving energy. The LED security light includes a power supply unit, a motion sensing unit, a loading and power control unit, and a lighting-emitting unit. The lighting-emitting unit includes one or a plurality of LEDs which may be turned-on or turned-off by control signal generated from the loading and power control unit.

Abstract: A battery powered LED light source is described for illuminating the inside of a dark enclosure when the enclosure is opened in an environment with ambient illumination. Drive circuitry adapted to the LED light source turns on the LEDs when levels of ambient light above a threshold are detected, which may occur if the light source is placed in a dark enclosure that is opened in a lit room. After being opened, the drive circuitry periodically strobes off the LED light source to take ambient light measurements without the contribution of its own LED light for determining if the enclosure has been closed and the LED light source should again be shut off.

Abstract: A control circuit of light emitting diodes is used for driving at least one series of light emitting diodes. The control circuit includes a current setting pin, a driving current generator, a regulator circuit, and an adjuster. A reference current flows through the current setting pin. The driving current generator is used for generating a driving current flowing through the series of light emitting diodes according to the reference current. The adjuster generates an adjustment voltage according to the reference current. Then, the regulator circuit generates a supply voltage to drive the series of light emitting diodes, and regulates a voltage of a first terminal of the series of light emitting diodes at a target voltage according to the adjustment voltage. The target voltage is increased with decrease of the driving current when the driving current is less than a first predetermined current.
