Abstract: A one-piece garment (e.g. infant/toddler Onesie or body suit) includes independent elastic bands threaded alongside the body of the garment, from the underarms down to the hip, that when pulled allow for custom fitting of the garment. Once pulled to the desired length, the bands are securable with a snap fastener post, located at the end of the strap, to snap fastener studs, located at varying points on the inside of the garment. The contraction of the elastic bands preferably creates a drawstring effect and provides a gathering force upon the garment, which is held securely in place with the snap fastener so that the one-piece garment thereby shortens in length around a wearer's torso creating a custom fit. The one-piece garment can be expanded as needed by releasing the snap fastener post and positioning it on a lower positioned snap fastener stud.

Abstract: A shorts garment comprising insulating fleece and durable, wind-blocking patch pockets. The shorts comprise fleece front and rear panels with high air permeability. The patch pockets comprise durable, non-stretch fabric with low air permeability, sewn on top of the fleece panels. The patch pocket fabric has an air permeability less than the air permeability of the fleece, thereby providing enhanced wind and cold protection for the thigh areas. The air permeability of the pocket fabric can be less than 1/2, 1/5 or 1/10 of the air permeability of the fleece. The patch pockets also protect the fleece from wear and abrasion. A crotch area between the pockets has high air permeability fleece, and so the crotch receives cooling air ventilation. The patch pockets preferably cover about 20%, 30%, 40% or more of the front fleece panels. The present shorts garment is comfortably warm over a wide temperature range.

Abstract: A shower partition assembly that includes at least one and preferably at least two innovative hinge mechanisms, a stationary wall and a door pivotally attached thereto by the hinge mechanisms, wherein in the closed state, the door panel is flush with the stationary wall. The substantially parallel gap formed between the stationary wall and the pivoting door is sealed by a sealer, wherein the pivoting door may pivot in both directions, with respect to the stationary wall. When the door is opened in the a first direction towards a first-open-state, the open-end arm pivots about the shaft and the bridge moves towards the wall-vertical edge, until the wall-vertical edge and the sealer mounted thereon, are accommodated inside arm-section gap of a U-shaped of a U-shaped arm-section.

A retaining sleeve is centrally located upon the outer surface and forms a continuous loop with an opening at either of an inner edge or an outer edge. A drawstring is is formed as a loop and located within the sleeve. A portion of the drawstring extends outwardly from the opening. A central aperture is sized and shaped to permit introduction of a beach umbrella shaft. A drawstring locking mechanism has a sliding mode and a locking mode and is sized and shaped to prevent entry of the mechanism into the opening in the retaining sleeve. The drawstring is pulled through the mechanism when the mechanism is in the sliding mode and prevented from entering the opening when in the locking mode, thereby controlling a length of the drawstring within the sleeve.
