The tape members are respectively sewn to the another side edge portions of the fastener tapes with sewing threads which bridge over the fastener tapes and the tape members.

The rails of the case include a stop for holding the panel section in an installed position, and a corresponding locking arrangement biases the holder in a locked position. When assembled, the holder preserves the connections of the mobile device and peripheral hardware in proximity to each other.
