Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods for manufacturing absorbent articles, and in particular, methods for making pre-fastened refastenable pant diapers. Aspects of the methods according to the present disclosure relate to the fabrication of refastenable pant diapers wherein discrete chassis are advanced in a machine direction such that the lateral axis is parallel with the machine direction. First side panels are then refastenably connected with the first waist region, and second side panels are permanently connected the second waist regions of the discrete chassis. The chassis are connected with discrete lengths of side panel material and/or connection zone material. The chassis are then folded, and the first and second side panels are subsequently bonded together. The article is then subjected to knife cut at or adjacent the bonded regions to create discrete, pre-fastened refastenable pant diapers.

Abstract: The present invention introduces novel invasive intermittent negative pressure ventilation for treatment of adults ventilator dependent respiratory failure (VDRF) in various advanced neuromuscular disorders (NMDs). It's a combination of invasive intermittent negative pressure ventilator (IINPV) and continues positive airway pressure (CPAP) into transportable ventilator. Implementation of invasive negative pressure ventilation is via chest tubes to each pleural space, and CPAP is applied via nasal mask or nasal prongs. The IINPV's initiation of breath is patient-triggered via a flow sensor incorporated in CPAP nasal mask/nasal prongs.

In use, plate members (102) support rocks (not shown). Plate members (102) have a generally concave or hollow cross-section with a hollow face (106) upturned, which means they can collect unevaporated water, thereby protecting the sauna heater. The generally concave shape may be “V”-shaped, “U”-shaped, arcuate or concave, or any shape suitable for retaining water.

Abstract: Some Chinese people rotate two ping-pong-sized iron balls on their palm to help blood circulation in order to upkeep their health. Instead of exercise on palms, you can exercise on your back. Instead of zero pressure point located on palms, you are taking care of 112 hard-to-reach and least-learned pressure points. With two rubber balls between your back and a hard floor, you are probing, scrutinizing and rubbing away ill health. Western medicine is to cure diseases. Eastern medical philosophy is to build up strength and prevent illness. If we routinely listen to our body, detect and resolve its “complaints” in their incipient stage, we should be able to avoid medical complication down the road. Following the theory of Chinese acupuncture, I invented Backacu Balls from the ancient tradition to deal with health in general and urinary issues in particular.
