The opposed side walls taper toward one another moving from the opening to the closed end.

Abstract: A lip or skin applicator device includes a first housing portion and a second housing portion rotatably connected to the first housing portion. The second housing portion rotates about the first housing portion such that, in the closed position, the product is enclosed within the first housing portion and the second housing portion, and in the open position, the product is exposed and the first housing portion is at least partially housed within the second housing portion. The lip or skin applicator device may include an opening with a plurality of elongated protrusions into which a portion of a product is inserted.

Abstract: A cosmetic vacuum bottle includes: a bottle body with a mouth portion, a sealing member, a press member disposed at the mouth portion of the bottle body, and a piston being disposed in the bottle body. A first sealing surface of the sealing member is closely abutted against a first flat surface of the mouth portion to form a first sealing structure, a second sealing surface of the sealing member is abutted against an inner surface of the mouth portion to form a second sealing structure, and a third sealing surface is abutted against a pipe portion of the press member to form a third sealing structure. With the above three sealing structures, vacuum can be created in the bottle body simply by putting the sealing member and the press member to the mouth portion, without having to apply 10 kg torque.

Abstract: A lotion applicator for allowing a user to apply any of a variety of lotions, creams, medications, or ointments to various portions of the user's body without the assistance of another person. The lotion applicator includes an elongated strap of material having a first end and a second end. The first and second ends each have a handle thereon so that a user can hold an end of the elongated strap in each hand. A central portion of the elongated strap is configured to receive a lotion or cream thereon for application to a body part of the user, such as the user's back.

Abstract: This invention does not currently exist on the market. It is used as a stencil for the precise application of facial make-up in a quick and simple manner. The aim of the invention is to provide a guide for applying make-up to eyelashes, protecting eyelids and cheek bones, and as a result of the technique for the use thereof, it allows eyelashes to be painted and eyes to be contoured at the same time as colour is applied to the eyelid. It is universal in that it can be used on any type of eye. The invention is made of a single component, the shape of its edge is similar to that of an apple with a stalk, and it has slightly asymmetric sides. It is made from a plastic similar to silicon, and is flexible in that it can be better handled and adapted to any face. It is transparent so as to be able to see therethrough, it does not damage the skin, it is very easy to clean, and it has a raised edge used as a guide between the eyebrows.

The load can be an airbag, a backpack, or other load or load carrying member for attaching to the harness. The jacket has at least one back opening providing access to the inner harness, to facilitate the attachment of the load to the harness. The jacket can be readily removed without disturbing the harness or its load. The removed jacket is effectively carried by the load and/or harness to which the load is secured. The inner harness can be used to carry loads without using the jacket.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, there is described herein a can holder (or can securing device) that comprises a handle that comprises a top and a bottom end, a toggle latch handle pivotally coupled with the handle at the top end, a toggle latch hook pivotally connected to the toggle latch handle, and a channel formed at the bottom end of the handle. Attaching the can securing device to the side of a can provides a user with a stable handle. This handle allows the user to safely control and maneuver the can with one hand, enabling the other hand to perform other tasks such as emptying the contents of the can. This can alleviate the risk of dropping the can and/or the risk of personal injury.

The rockers each have a base having an inside edge and an outside edge the base having a slope such that when the rocking chair is placed on a flat surface a portion of the inside edge will be in contact with the flat surface and the outside edge will not be in contact will the flat surface. The rockers may alternatively or additionally each have an inwardly curving center portion. These features alone or in combination can prevent the rockers from splaying outward when a weight is dropped on the chair or while a person is rocking the chair.

Abstract: This wall mounted folding chair design is exceptionally low-profile when the chair is folded against the wall yet it is able to hold an exceptionally large load when open and cantilevered off a single wood or metal wall stud. The chair has no contact with the ground and is only attached to the wall. The design also allows for uniquely easy installation on pre-existing wood or metal stud walls because no modification of the wood stud walls are required and only a minor reinforcement is needed for the metal studs. It can be attached to masonry walls as well. For metal stud walls, a simple reinforcing bracket is required that can be slipped into the metal stud through a hole in the drywall. This design also allows the chair to remain in the folded position without the need for any extra latch or holding mechanisms.

To accomplish this arrangement, the chair is equipped with a set of four-and-aft extending rails that are integral with the frame which is attached to the seat. These rails rest on the floor only when the chair portion is decoupled from the pedestal base.

The pillow aligns the head and neck and acts with the mattress for body alignment. The mattress comprises a composite and a cover encapsulating the composite. The composite includes a performance layer and a core layer. The performance layer includes a shoulder section, a thoracic section and a hip section for location at different longitudinal positions corresponding to the shoulder region, the thoracic region and the hip region of the recumbent body. The shoulder section, the thoracic section and the hip section have different displacement parameters to match the body displacements in the shoulder region, the thoracic region, and the hip region for alignment of the body with low body pressure. A core layer supports the performance layer.

Abstract: Steps for using an insert to restore sagging sofa cushions are provided. Over time, the cushion develops a depression on a sitting surface of a deformable member and an elevation on a base surface of the deformable member. The cushion also suffers from reduced elasticity in the deformable member. Positioning the insert between a cushion casing and deformable member of the cushion allows for sagging areas of the cushion to be fixed. The cushion restoring insert thus addresses both aforementioned issues. An elongated elastic member with similar elasticity to the original cushion provides a like-new level of elasticity for the cushion. The cushion restoring insert also increases volume within the cushion casing, causing tension in combination with the cushion casing. This tension counteracts the depression and elevation, helping to return the cushion to a like new state.

Abstract: Furnishing elements which include a frame having at least a first and a second wall incident to each other so as to identify an edge, at least one covering associated with and superposed on said frame so as to cover at least partially said walls and said edge are provided. The frame, in correspondence with said edge, may include an attachment element which delimits an attachment seat open in the vicinity of said first and second wall, wherein the covering includes at least two flaps folded and inserted inside the attachment seat, and wherein said attachment seat locks the flaps on the inside against the inner walls of the seat itself. Abstract: A child carrier harness that is adjustable to fit a wide range of child sizes yet is easy to use and comfortable for both the child and the wearer. The harness includes a running line for encircling a child's torso. A loop is disposed at one end of the running line. The opposite end of the running line may be fed through this loop to create a child tethering area for encircling a child's torso. The end of the running line opposite the loop is joined to the child carrier. The child tethering area can therefore tether the child (e.g., to the child carrier and thus the wearer) without encumbering the child's shoulders, arms, or legs or affecting the child's position within the child carrier. Additionally, adjustment of the running line allows the harness to fit a wide range of child sizes. A waist belt anchor portion may be used to provide the corresponding attachment point on carriers not provided with one.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a children's bouncer apparatus. In various embodiments, the apparatus includes a support frame, seat assembly configured to support a child, and bouncer control device. The support frame includes one or more semi-rigid support arms that extend above a base portion and suspend the seat assembly above the base portion. The bouncer control device is configured to impart a driving force on the seat assembly via a magnetic drive assembly, thereby causing the seat assembly to continuously oscillate at the natural frequency of the children's bouncer.

Abstract: A crib design with built-in padded, protective coverings for the rails (spindles), endwalls, and exposed connecting crib frame designed to avoid injury to babies from hard cribs and dangerous bumpers. The protective padding is sewn around the frame of the individual rails, endwalls, and connectors to create permanent, anchored breathable bumpers without hazardous zippers, ties, or velcro. The outer layer of the padding wipes clean, and can be manufactured in any color or pattern. The enhanced safety features of this crib make it safer than traditional cribs, cribs with traditional bumpers, or cribs with attached vertical bumpers. This invention provides a built-in element of safety from the moment the child is born and eliminates the need for any additional safety mechanisms.

The lock can selectively engage the mounting member so as to retard or permit a lateral movement of the cooperating member in relation to the mounting member.
