Abstract: An oil scrub column having a petroleum spirit section and an oil section where each section has mass transfer trays having a plurality of runoff elements that extend parallel to and at a distance from one another, to form angular profiles. The runoff elements have first and second runoff surfaces that converge to form an edge. Scrubbing media introduced onto the edges of the runoff elements flows off via the runoff surfaces at both sides of the edge. The oil section has a greater number of mass transfer trays than the petroleum spirit section. The petroleum spirit section is shorter than the oil section. The mass transfer trays of the petroleum spirit section may be sieve trays, bubble trays or valve trays.

Abstract: The method of solvent recovery includes using a plurality of solvent recovery units to recover solvent from a dilute solution. The solvent recovery units can include a plurality of reverse osmosis or forward osmosis membrane systems arranged in series. For reverse osmosis, at least some of the concentrate in a last reverse osmosis unit of the series is recycled back to the permeate of that unit to provide a mixed permeate. The mixed permeate is then passed successively to the permeate side of each preceding reverse osmosis unit in the series. For forward osmosis, a draw solution is passed sequentially from the permeate side of each unit to the permeate side of the preceding unit. The draw solution may be prepared by concentrating part of the concentrate stream by evaporation and recycling it back as a draw solution.

Abstract: Provided is a method of producing a composite, which is capable of preventing a silicone coating solution, which becomes a silicone resin layer that prevents an acidic gas separation layer from entering a porous support, from entering the porous support, preventing a porous film and an auxiliary support film from being peeled off, and suitably forming a dense silicone resin layer on the surface of the porous support. The method thereof includes a coating process of coating the surface of the porous film side of the porous support with the silicone coating solution which becomes a silicone resin layer according to a roll-to-roll system. In the coating process, the conveying speed of the porous support is in a range of 0.5 m/min to 200 m/min, the viscosity of the silicone coating solution is in a range of 100 cP to 1000000 cP, and the peel force between the porous film and the auxiliary support film is 10 mN/min or greater.
